This review system is not reliable. You will see reviews on the website and for couple days they are gone from the website. They promised to fix for the entire year however their system will dispensary, they will fix and it will dispensary again. You can not trust the system what so ever and now they deleted the app, took away my reviews and most likely all my reviews of 800 and plus are gone. I have to choose different company and restart my reviews.

NO ACTUAL "FREE PLAN" The"FREE" product plan is only for 14 day (even though there is noting about it being a trial on their plan or pricing page). So basically : If I want to keep the reviews that I collected and the set up work that I did to my store, I will have to now pay them $10USD / Month. The app works ok but if I go over their number of reviews I will have to pay more again. In fairness, the site review and product review features look good and are easy to use. I would like to see them add a "share review link" for site and not just products.

Signed up TargetBay after struggling with 2 other apps, and it has already exceeded what the others were lacking. I had a question with a feature and after submitting a question, AK immediately scheduled a conference that answered my questions and also taught me more that I didn't know. Thank you so much!

The onboarding process was easy and they took care of all the setup on my site. They gave good training on how to use the tools. I still have to get try all the features but so far so good.

I've been with Target Bay for a few years now and they are super friendly, very responsive and offer the best customer service. They have also helped us solve super technical problems with regards to sending emails. I would highly recommend.

We have been using the app to gather and show reviews for products on our site. AK got that setup and looking good right away. Had a great call with Balli and AK regarding strategy, function, features for implementing email automation, retargeting and pop ups. Really helpful and excited to get started with them.

I have been working with AK from TB for about 6 months now. He has done a great job with responding to my emails and helping us increase STDIO Beauty's sales through email marketing. He takes the time every week to help me design and schedule email templates to send out which is very helpful for me considering my busy schedule.

I have been using Target Bay for over a year and am quite happy with how it works, it has generated a lot of reviews with the automated emails asking for reviews after shipping products.

This is a great product with excellent support. They were very helpful during the setup, as we worked to customize the look and feel that we wanted. Customer service responds extremely quickly if you have any issues, and our review program has really helped to drive SEO and revenue. This is much more cost effective than some of the other, high-end review programs and the results are superb.

We are glad to be working with TargetBay. The reviews are helping to increase sales. Our Account Manager has been very responsive when issues or questions arise. We always hear back and in most cases extremely quickly. We have not had big issues, as it works well, but rather little start up questions, etc.

Target Bay is the best! It’s onboarding process was seamless. Danielle transferred all my reviews from Mailchimp and organized them for me. She was able to implement my pop ups and reviews on both sites within a few days. I have also utilized Danielle to send out email campaigns. The pop-up, reviews and emails campaigns have all had tremendous success. We saw a huge return within the first month. Best of all, the pricing is very reasonable. We highly recommend Target Bay!

It has been a pleasure working with TargetBay. Good for our size company. They are flexible and fast responding and were able to implement email campaigns and pop ups and reviews that we think will help with the conversion of our website. Their dashboard could use a little improvement but it is already more than functional. We are looking forward continuing working with them.
