Hello, does the app work? We mailed you yesterday, still no response. I need to ensure that customers in the Netherlands who don’t provide a VAT number are charged an additional 21% VAT on their total. Currently, products are listed as VAT exclusive, and customers without a VAT number can purchase without the VAT being applied. This is not how we want it to work. Can you adjust the settings so that VAT is automatically added for such cases? Additionally, for customers in other countries who don’t provide a VAT number, their country-specific VAT should be applied.

We had been happy with the app, but since upgrading to Plus the app has stopped working. Our emails and messages continue to be ignored. We've now contacted Shopify. We hope they'll take it further with the app to get the issue resolved asap!

Wir haben die APP im Einsatz, benötigten noch eine Übersetzung des englischen textes. Wurde schnell ohne Probleme gelöst.

Die Nutzung der App erwies sich im Test als nicht kompatibel mit unseren Vorgaben, bzw. mit unserer bestehenden Fakturierungs-App. Auch dass parallel keine Rabatte nutzbar sind, war in unserem Fall ein Ausschlusskriterium. Aber auch wenn sich die App leider nicht für unseren Shop eignet, war der Support schnell, ambitioniert, sehr freundlich und eine große Hilfe.

Solved our problem, and support was fast and helpful, we had some issues with the standard text, which their support solved for us in no time.

This app fixed the problem we had with international orders. VAT number can be entered and the shoppingcard price is corrected for international clients. The support team even helped me out ajusting with the font. Thank you!
Even though the app in the end did not do what we need, customer support is on point. They helped immediately to remove the code from site when it was not working well with our theme.
This app means I no longer need to manually adjust invoices or refund VAT for overseas trade / wholesale buyers who are VAT-registered. It's all done automatically. And Luigi helped me incorporate their VAT numbers into our standard invoices on Order Printer Pro, he was very helpful.
No reply from customer service. After deleting the app in trial mode, we get charged now 9,99$. Absolutely no recommendation!!
