Taxcloud has put our minds at ease with sales tax compliance. Filing sales tax each month for numerous states is daunting, but Taxcloud has taken that work load off our busy plates.... and at an affordable price! Their customer service is excellent. You get a dedicated specialist to walk you through the onboarding process. Highly recommend!

Got tired of Avalara raising prices and simultaneously not caring about our business, so in rare form we answered a cold call from Taxcloud. SO glad we did because it's leading to a positive change. Thus far the TC team has been FAR more helpful, presents reasonable & straightforward pricing, and we're looking forward to the partnership.

I needed to find a way to get sales tax compliant in several states, but wanted it to be easy and not add to my load as a small business owner. I chose Tax Cloud and so far it's been a great experience. The onboarding was simple. I appreciated having live help during the integration process. I think the cost is very reasonable, but more than that, I love the peace of mind in knowing that all of these crazy sales tax thresholds are being managed and sales tax is being filed and I don't have to have to give it a second thought.

Much less expensive than Avalara and much more responsive. Having a US-based team is very helpful.

Terrible support. Replies come once a week, there is no chat, and in the end I cannot even get a clear answer about pricing within a week.

I was using Avalara and it was costing me a fortune. Every time I reached out for support, I could barely communicate with anyone, and I never got any real help. Because of that, I constantly missed payments and filing deadlines. I wish I had found TaxCloud sooner—it would’ve saved me a huge headache. Their team is U.S.-based, English-speaking, and actually helpful!
