It is difficult to learn on your own. I had technical support guide me from beginning to end. With help it was easy to use.

Easy to use app, and it's constantly being worked and improved upon - and most of all - their support is amazing! I had problems with Shopify orders integration once where they stayed online and walked me through to order Fulfillment. Thanks TIB for being a true partner!

Great App ! Take some time to understand, there are so many options. But it is a great addition to my store and I can offer unique products. The support is great and very responsive.

Very good app with lots of available integration! Helped us add more personalizable products for our customers. Just need a little learning curve to get around and setting things up, their amazing support team (Andy, Lexie & Kristie) is all but supportive and very responsive. Thank you again!

The app itself is very powerful and well designed, offering a lot of flexibility for advanced personalization and product setups. It allows you to create complex configurations in a clean and professional way. The customer support, however, truly stands out. This is honestly the best customer support I have ever experienced. The team is always available, responds extremely fast, explains everything clearly, and really takes the time to help. They don’t just give short answers – they guide you step by step and even record videos to make sure everything is fully understood. You can really feel that they care about solving the problem properly, not just closing a ticket. An absolutely outstanding support experience.

This review is specific to the help desk. The chat option when you have a question and/or need to trouble shoot is very convenient. I wasn't sure when I posted my question in the chat that anyone would answer... but they did. Two different people. Where one left off due to my inactivity another picked up the moment I had a follow up question. They responded with video as well as screenshots to help me navigate. I really appreciate the help, the fast response, and the visuals as I am a visual learner. Thanks so much.
