OMG! I have been struggling with several recommended shopify apps to get my store up and running. Not one of them had a support system that fit my needs. Check Sidekick he/she will confirm my comments. That is until I found this company called "teeinblue.com". This company is next level and the support is fantastic. Alina who has been helping me has the patients of a saint, being I am 77 years old and we all know how they can be. This company has got it together and I recommend it to anyone! I want to sincerely thank the entire support and technical team for helping resolve a very critical issue we were facing on our store. For the last few days, our website was getting stuck, variants were not switching properly, the live preview was lagging, and features like crossword and photo upload were responding very slowly. Because of this, our business was heavily impacted and we were facing significant losses. During this time, the support team stayed connected with us and carefully checked the problem. After proper investigation, the technical team finally identified the issue and worked on it until everything was fixed. Now the website is running smoothly again, variants are switching properly, and all features like live preview, crossword, and image upload are working perfectly. I truly appreciate the patience and effort the team showed while handling this issue. Special thanks to Karen for personally helping us, listening to our concerns, and making sure the problem was resolved. Your support made a big difference for our business. Thank you again to the entire team for your hard work and quick resolution. We really appreciate the support.

I have been using Teeinblue for almost one year and i can't say enough good things. My Key Wins: 1) app is solid 2) easy to set up (once you learn the flow which is not difficult, but has specific steps you need to follow) 3) The print sizes are spot on ( these are what you download after the customer placed an order) 4) The integration with Shopify is great. The app uses your product page, therefore the integration is flawless ***** 5) The Customer Service is fantastic!!!! Andy is wonderful, patient and so willing to go the extra step. Great experience so far with Teeinblue. The setup had a learning curve, but the support team (shoutout to Alina!) is super fast and knowledgeable. I love that they are always updating the app with new techniques and tools to stay competitive. Between their responsive chat and the helpful help center articles, you’re never left on your own. This app is truly incredibly comprehensive and offers outstanding creative freedom. You can fully unleash your creativity and bring almost any idea to life. While there are occasional small hurdles, this is exactly where the app really shines: the support team is extremely easy to reach via chat — without frustrating AI loops or tedious email exchanges. The responses are impressively fast, highly professional, and genuinely helpful. Even when it comes to special requests, there seem to be almost no limits, which is absolutely remarkable.
