Mega schneller und kompetenter Support! Das ist sehr hilfreich, da manche Funktionen etwas intuitiver gestaltet werden könnten. Trotzdem sehr viele Möglichkeiten der Personalisierung von Produkten.

The technical support is top notch.
I have been using Teeinblue for a long time now and it really boosted my overall performance greatly. Once you understand how much you can do with this app really puts your online shop to the next level!
Teeinblue did some updates, which caused our products to freeze, causing major issues to our store. Few of our customers were not very happy. We tried reaching out also, but couldnt seem to get a response during that time [additional note] be careful, sometimes the preview can come up pixelated which can cause conversion loss. Frustrating when issues arises over the weekend and they're not available.

The quality of support is excellent. The responses are quick and polite, and I am very satisfied. I also like the service itself because it offers a high degree of customization, allowing me to achieve what I want.
