I've been working with teelaunch for a little over a year, and I've had an entirely positive experience. Here are some of the things that I appreciate about teelaunch: * awesome customer (seller) experience - customer service team responds within hours and provides helpful responses * products ship in a timely fashion 99% of the time * great product selection - and always expanding * many fulfillment partners for some types of products, including worldwide fulfillment for faster shipping to international customers - makes a huge difference for customer experience when receiving item in a shorter timeframe Honestly, after working with teelaunch for a year, I have nothing bad to say about them. I have been selling POD and working with other vendors for over two years, and teelaunch is one of my favorites. Easy to work with, reliable, good communication. Sure, there are things that happen from time to time. Maybe a specific fulfillment partner has a problem that delays some orders. But that's just how it goes no matter who I'm working with. And I find that teelaunch's customer service is a cut above, which helps tremendously. Honestly, I wish I could think of something to criticize about teelaunch because it might lend more credibility to this review. But the honest truth is, I have no complaints.

Teelaunch is AMAZING!!! I just switched to using them this year after having a bad experience with another POD company and it has truly been a night and day difference!! Their customer support team (Kristy and Dave) have been absolutely fantastic and super quick at getting back to me. And of course let’s not forget to mention how INSANELY FAST their production team gets orders out the door, especially during this crazy busy holiday season! I have super happy customers because of their hard work and I couldn’t be happier to work with them! Can’t recommend them enough!!

Truly love this app! Been with them for a year and it keeps getting better and better. Their products are always the cheapest and so far they have always been great quality. Their customer service is phenomenal.

I used this app to help make shirts for my store. The app is really easy to use, the product adds to the store with ease, and the prices are quite low for the quality of product you recieve. I've tried a few other POD services, and I always end up stocking my shop with Teelaunch products more so than any other supplier. It would be great if there was a simple way to add varients to a product already in my shop, or easily make edits to the graphics once in the shop, but being able to load a graphic to many types of tops all at once is amazing. Highly recomment

Perfect service! Prices are cheaper than competitors, at least for our products, and their customer service is always just a quick email away. They handle issues promptly and professionally. Sometimes they even took the hit when it wasn't their fault. I am very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone starting a drop shipping business. -H

I've worked with teelauch for about a month. I had no issues. Creating products is pretty easy and their POD (Print on Demand) screening process is excellent. I'm very happy with the quality of their work. The quality of the products used and screen printing performed are top notch.

I have been working with the Teelaunch team since Oct 2017 and I think I am qualified to give this 5 star review after that amount of time. We started with mugs and then did some apparel and bags. Everything has been great. The customer service has been excellent. Any issues have been quickly solved and to a higher standard than expected. My only complaint would be the expensive shipping to Australia on a lot of items killing the profit margins because we currently don't have a great exchange rate. So I would like to add more products but can't right now. That's not really their fault, it is what it is. I have dabbled with other suppliers and while you might save a dollar or two somewhere else, it's not worth the headaches if you have a problem. Highly recommend the teelaunch app and team.

I was having some issues loading an image and reached out to customer service.,,,I was extremely frustrated. I was contacted by the CEO directly and got my issue resolved pronto. Response time was fast and the info was spot on. He was very understanding and most of all very helpful. They believe in customer service and backed it up 100%. I highly recommend.

My original review was from 2 years ago now (see below). I was pleased with them at the time (3 orders in) but now I am over the top thrilled with this company! I have used them for well over 2500 orders now and I can honestly say after using several other POD companies, Teelaunch is the best. I only wish they offered Larger Vinyl Stickers and Car Magnets. Other than that, I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. And Kristy in Customer Service is the Best! She deserves a 5 Star review of her own! My original review 2 years ago: 3 orders in and I am very pleased, so are my customers. First-order was for 12 vinyl stickers and my customer was thrilled with the quality and the turnaround time. The second order was for 12 mugs for an attorney. She was very pleased with the quality and turnaround time, as well. One mug's printing was a bit smeared looking, Teelaunch immediately reprinted and sent a replacement mug within one business day. My customer could not believe how quickly the replacement arrived. She told me that she was sure she would be waiting for an eternity. The 3rd order was for a mug and I was told by my customer that her gift recipient loved it. I would highly recommend Teelaunch. Easy to use app, wonderful quality and speedy service, not to mention their prices are fabulous. My one and only complaint is the s&h cost for multiple mugs. $74 is a bit outrageous for 24 mugs sent UPS Ground. I may have lost a sale due to this, but I am still hopeful.
