I have been with Teelaunch for a few years now and I think they have really great customer service! They are usually pretty quick to respond and always very helpful. You get a human and not an AI chatbot (at least while I write this). I've been selling their metal signs mostly, and there were issues with the shipping and packaging. But they have fixed the shipping partner issue so our customers now receive their orders in a timely manner which is awesome! They have gone though a few iterations of packaging, and that combined with better shipping partners, there isn't much damage anymore. If I did have a sign that arrived to a customer damaged, they have always been great about shipping the customer a new one. My customers now have a much better shopping experience!! I also really like their app- it's user friendly and easy to use- integrates with my stores well. I find it pretty reliable. I've tested other POD providers, and I think Teelaunch's customer service is the best

The only thing I'd prefer to be different with Teelaunch is the payment system. Right now, I pay the wholesale costs when an order comes through, and then Teelaunch pays me what the customer paid them (minus payment processing fees). If I didn't have to pay the wholesale upfront, and could just be paid the difference in prices, that would be wonderful! Otherwise, they're great! Their prices are low enough for me to sell the products at a reasonable price and still make a reasonable profit. Their customer service has always been quick to respond, and they have a great variety of merch items so I can give my (music) fans anything that I think they'd want. The fact that they integrate with Shopify, which allows me to have product listings directly on my website, as well as Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, is amazing!

I have been working with the Teelaunch app for 1 1/2 years and would recommend it and the team of customer service. For POD I primarily use Teelaunch for the Metal Wall Art and the Laser Etched Cutting Boards. My customers RAVE about these two products! I create all of my own designs that are personalized, so every sign I create is different. Whenever there is a problem with a product (damage during delivery for example), the customer service is quick to respond and almost always resolves my issues fairly. You will never find a perfect service, with perfect products that always are without flaw - because people are involved and people can make mistakes. But Teelaunch has been great to work with and I find the team there to be kind, efficient, and willing to help at every turn. I've even needed to work out a bulk order and talked directly to the owner of Teelaunch to work out the details - which went flawlessly. There are hitches in every partnership - I wish the metal signs were packaged with more protection. But other than that, I have had a great working relationship with Teelaunch. Did I mention that I have hundreds of extremely happy customers that love the products that I get through Teelaunch? I use Teelaunch because of the unique print on demand products that I can sell through them - I recommend them for that AND because their customer service has been second to none for my business. Oh, and I really like the interface where I upload the designs. It is easy to use and SOOOO much better than some of the other POD services (and I use 5 others for a variety of products.) Each order is synced directly from my Shopify store and in the Teelaunch app I change the design to the personalized design. I can correct the shipping address there also. It's easy to use and never a problem to change out a design. When the order is fulfilled all of the tracking info seamlessly gets sent back to my Shopify store. Works like a charm! Highly recommend this app!

When utilizing a service like Teelaunch, there are important items to consider. Having an integrated app, a large catalog selection, and the manpower/facilities to fulfill & ship orders timely are the first things that are accessed. But one thing that most businesses overlook is how will the company respond to problems? It is inevitable that mistakes or systems issues will occur, packages will get lost or stolen, and sometimes the product itself will have an error. The key to making it through those rough spots is having a true partner in your business, that cares as much about your customers as you do. That's hard to find in the Print-On-Demand space, and I'm so happy that Chris (the owner) takes this aspect seriously at Teelaunch. I especially want to recognize Anthony, who has been my contact whenever I reach out to support. As a business owner, I want to know what's happening behind the scenes when there is a problem, because that arms me with facts/information to help my customers. A lot of providers will just give you bare minimum responses, without specific details, and that is not helpful at all. But Anthony will make sure that I know what really happened, and work with me on options to make it right (both for my business and for my customers)! He has even gone so far as to offer me a kind word when I was having a rough, stressful day to help me keep going. Thank you to Chris, Anthony, and the rest of the Teelaunch staff for offering products that the market wants, and for helping me to grow my family business. And most of all, thank you for being there with me to celebrate the wins, and resolve any issues/concerns when they arise. I'm glad to have you as a partner!

I've been using Teelaunch for 3 years. If you're looking for a top-notch product and unparalleled customer service, look no further. Not only are the quality of their products excellent, but the customer service experience is second to none. From design to delivery, the staff is quick to respond and very helpful whenever I encounter issues. The turnaround time is fast, and the pricing is competitive. I highly recommend Teelaunch to anybody who asks me how to make a store like mine because they're the best. Add this app if they have what you want and you won't look back.

I’ve used Teelaunch for over a year and it was very easy to set up as well as very affordable and reliable. I’ve had very few issues and when I do the customer service is always very responsive. When the customer service isn’t able to figure something out, the founder was able to help out.

We have been using Tee-Launch for the last 6 years and love their products services and prices (and especially their Print On Demand Turn Around Time). They just went through a brand new update with their Shopify app and they said they are getting ready to offer new features and products so I can't want to see what is coming! THANK YOU Tee-Launch!! Today is Feb. 21, 2022. I've made a sample order since Jan. 21, 2022 and my status hasn't changed from "In Production." If I ever get my sample or my order canceled, I'll update this review. Until then, let it be known that this is an app to avoid. UPDATE Feb. 22, 2022: They were swift to respond, and provided insight on my problem. It turns out the product was out of stock but was slated for a delayed delivery. They said I should've received an email about it about 17 days ago (from the time of their response), although I couldn't find that email. Nonetheless, they seem very courteous, so no complaints there. I opted to wait for the product, so I'll provide another update when that expected in-stock date comes around. I'm updating my 1 star review to 3 stars. UPDATE Feb. 25, 2022: I found the missing email. It turns out it was sent to a different email address from the address I was using for my review/complaint. That's forgivable since it was a technical/configuration oversight on my part. In hindsight, we should've verified the address where the email was sent to cause I incorrectly assumed the address I was using was the same one they sent their email to. This happens when Shopify uses one email for accounts, and can use a whole other automatic emails; And within each app, another email can be used all together. It might be easier to have a single location where we manage all emails, and where & how they'll be used... But that's conversation for the Shopify platform itself, not you guys. I'm changing my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. UPDATE Mar. 15, 2022: I received my item yesterday (Mar.14), a little over a week sooner than I was expecting it. Let me tell you, the product pictures didn't do this thing justice. I wish I could post a photo here cause it's pretty awesome. Things go wrong in life, but how you recover says a lot. Great job guys! I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.

I've been with Teelaunch for many years and they have always gone above and beyond. The product selection is excellent and I've had very few complaints over the years from my customers. They love the products I source from Teelauch. Pricing is fair, and you can easily make a decent profit on most products. Should an issue arise, they have a team of top-notch customer support people who are quick to respond and are always helpful. You won't find a better POD company anywhere else. Teelaunch has been an integral part of the success of my business.

I've used teelaunch on over 50 stores for over 4 years now. It's always the first app I recommend of all of the POD apps out there. It's super easy to use, straightforward interface, great product selection, prices, and print quality - and super fast and helpful customer service! Unlike many other apps, with teelaunch we don't experience stock issues or shipping delays - which is HUGE!
