Wow, ich bin beeindruckt. Ich habe heute versucht die App im mein stark angepasstes Theme zu installieren. Leider habe ich es wegen meiner komplexen Änderungen nicht geschafft die Textbox bei meinen ausgewählten Produkten anzeigen zu lassen. Um kurz nach 18:00 Uhr (ausserhalb der Supportzeiten) eine Anfrage gestellt in der Hoffnung morgen früh eine Antwort zu bekommen. Wenige Minuten später das erste Feedback und bereits eine halbe Stunde später hatte mir eine nette Supporterin den Code in mein Theme eingebunden so das nun alles funktioniert. Sowas erlebt man nicht oft. Ganz herzlichen Dank

Very happy with this app. It has allowed us to provide options to our product range and increase sales. We initially had an issue and contacted developer. Response was quick and problem was solved within hours.

I had a concern that customers can check out using quickview function without inputting their custom text. I contacted the app developers with a quick question. To my surprise, they applied a fix within couple of days. Quite impressive. The app is quite flexible and simple to use. Shout out to Anna who handled my ticket. She was quite courteous and updated me throughout.

Simple but effective! This app is easy to install, easy to set up, and support is easy to work with if the need arises! Anna from support was able to assist me with a very minor issue I had when I switched over to a new theme. My text box had stopped working as intended (making the customer type in their customization before allowing them to add their item to their cart). I submitted a ticket requesting help, and less than 48 hours later (over a weekend, I might add!) and my Textify app was back in business. I love the simplicity and cost effectiveness of this app! It saves me a bunch of time with every customized order I get, because now I don't need to email folks after their purchase to collect their color requests. Thanks for making my little hobby business run that much easier! <3

The best app for writing text on product in Shopify without a doubt! Really intuitive, full of settings to customize, respects even the font of the theme and besides that the support with their admins is FANTASTIC, they made really meticulous changes for me on my website so that everything was in line with the rest of the elements on the product page. I've had really good luck with clients uploading their custom artwork via this app. Also customer service is very responsive and willing to help you through any issues that you may have.
