We use a unique theme therefore was some complication with the app, but the Support team was super nice and helpful and managed to handle the problem. Now everything works like a charm. Thank you!!

This app is super easy and straightforward to use. We use it for people to include card messages on their order, and it was quick to set up and looks great. I had an issue with the text box not appearing on my website occasionally, so I reached out to support. This issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and it was a great customer support experience. I highly recommend this app!

The app does what it promised, in a very simple and intuitive way. Placing it in our theme however was not that easy, but the support was efficient and very fast. Thanks a lot! Highly recommended if you need one or more text fields that follow rules. A perfect solution for our needs.

This is like the 3rd time Anna has helped me. She's amazing, especially dealing with me because I feel needy! LOL! She helped me with questions on the beta version of upcharging options. She fixed my packing slip so it wasn't cluttered with info I didn't need and made it look more organized. I can't say enough about the customer service testify offers, especially being in the states and them in Germany. This is the easiest add on to use and understand.

Amazing and simple plugin with a lot of options to modify and a superb and fast support. My theme had another template where the plugin had to be integrated. The Team implemented it free of charge within 24hours on a weekend! Incredible! I highly recommend this to everyone!

the app doesnt work anymore, support says it's working again but it's not, can you please fix it? I mean, it's black friday

Suddenly stopped working. Waste of time. Waste of money. Support hasn't helped with it either. So dissapointed

Um zusätzliche Angaben wie Rückennummern oder Initialien zu der Bestellung hinzuzufügen, benutze ich die App Textbox. Installation, Preis und Leistung passen hier! Bei der Automatisierung der Textfelder (zeige nur bei bestimmten Produktvarianten an), habe ich die Hilfe des Supports benötigt. Innerhalb weniger Stunden wurde mir unkompliziert geholfen und das Problem gefixt. Schneller und freundlicher kann ein Support nicht arbeiten. Vielen Dank an Anna und ihr Team. Ich kann diese App bedenkenlos empfehlen.
