Excellent app, and it solved the problem we had. I am especially grateful to the customer support because they are active and in a short time we managed to solve the problem. I recommend this app!

the app doesnt work anymore, support says it's working again but it's not, can you please fix it? I mean, it's black friday

Suddenly stopped working. Waste of time. Waste of money. Support hasn't helped with it either. So dissapointed

Um zusätzliche Angaben wie Rückennummern oder Initialien zu der Bestellung hinzuzufügen, benutze ich die App Textbox. Installation, Preis und Leistung passen hier! Bei der Automatisierung der Textfelder (zeige nur bei bestimmten Produktvarianten an), habe ich die Hilfe des Supports benötigt. Innerhalb weniger Stunden wurde mir unkompliziert geholfen und das Problem gefixt. Schneller und freundlicher kann ein Support nicht arbeiten. Vielen Dank an Anna und ihr Team. Ich kann diese App bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Wir nutzen diese App schon seit längerem für zusätzliche Abfragen von Kunden direkt bei der Bestellung und sie funktioniert bestens. Als wir kürzlich etwas neues mit den Daten anstellen wollten (Einbindung in Shopify Flow), hat uns der Support super freundlich und schnell geholfen den dafür nötigen Code zu erstellen Kurz gesagt, eine klasse App mit super Support, was besonders bei dem geringen Preis eine vorbildliche Ausnahme ist :-) Herzliche Grüße an Anna und nochmals vielen Dank!

Fantastic app does exactly what we need it to do. We had one issue with a theme setting on our end and customer service was super fast and knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to get this app!

The app was helpful in adding specific text fields to my listings. Some needed a shirt color box, some needed to gather information about the person a gift was being purchased for, others were for other personalized information that needed to be gathered. It was so easy to add a new textbox for whatever listings I needed to have one. Being able to customize the font to match my site was really nice! The customer service is outstanding! They were quick to respond anytime I had a question or issue. They strive to respond quickly and will work until the issue is fully resolved, even if the issue isn't necessarily due to their app. The ability to duplicate a created box would be helpful to keep all formatting the same and then only edit the product category and some text.

We used this app to add personalized laser engraving text to our products. Its easy to set up and customize to our liking. After we set it up we had trouble adding items to cart. We did not use their setup service before launching which was our mistake. We submitted a support ticket and the issue was resolved within 24 hours. Great customer support!

Great app and amazing support! Needed to add verbiage under text and the app did what it was supposed to do. One of the fastest support responses as well.
