This app was very easy to set up, and now time will tell if it truly motivates people to spend more. I suspect it will, and I customized the colors to match my site. I have a good feeling about this. Jon BIGgentledogs

Since I joined Shopify I've had nothing but great support so I am not surprised that the support is still superior when using the Boldapps. I can't wait to get more apps but one at a time so I don't upset the learning curve. :)

Installation is easy, and so it customizing the appearance and text of the display bar. We have noticed an rise in larger orders, which is the goal, right? We've experienced no problems and it's good to know that this app does exactly what it said it can do.

The app has a lot of promise. I like the possibilities that it has to offer, but we paid to have it installed and then were told it wouldn't work with our website. We did get told we would be refunded for the installation fee. Hope there's a fix in the future. We'd love to give this app a shot.

We use the Motivator and Product Discount apps. We've found both very helpful, easy to use and they save us a lot of time. We've also had great experience with their customer support staff. They we've been very friendly and super responsive.

I've tried to track the response to this app - I have seen repeat customers who have historically only ordered x amount and now, with this app in play, they have upped their purchase to qualify for free shipping and that's exactly what I want to see. But I think this app could work better for us. Mainly, I'd like to offer more than the one incentive, I'd like to offer a tiered series of incentives... I.e., spend another ten dollars and get a free gift, spend another ten dollars and get ten percent off. If the developers could expand the range and flexibility of this app, I would give this five stars.

A real motivator! We couldn't be happier with this app. It does what it says it will do, support from Bold is great and it works. You can also customise it to suit your store which is great too and change a number of features including timing of banner etc. We wanted to make sure that we'd get some ROI on this app and we have and continue to. Most importantly we believe this app increases the experience of our customers - they can see the offer, promo, info etc without having to search and find it. Very happy!

We have only been using the app for a few days and can already tell a difference in our order totals. Our company offers a free Oil of the Month with every $25 purchase, but we noticed that some orders would often fall a dollar or two short of receiving their free gift. This app works flawlessly by letting the customer know each time they add an item to their cart; how much closer they are to their free oil. I have a strong suspicion that the $23 and $24 orders are a thing of the past. Thank you for such a simple but a effective app. The monthly cost of the app is well worth it and I would highly recommend this to any company that wants to motivate their customers :)

Such a little plugins makes such a big difference! Bold app are known to make great add-ons for Shopify and this one is just right! It's easy to install and quick to bring back the investment. Motivator takes a proven technique and applies it to your store to increase each and every sale you make online. If you can add 10-20 or 30$ per order it really ads up at the end of the month. Thanks to Bold App for always being on top of the game with their innovation. I wish I would need all of their tools!

The Motivator is exactly what we were looking for a customizable banner that allows us to showcase our specials. Thanks for making this easy to use tool. The only suggestion we have is that the banner appears not only the first time a customer visits your store but EVERY time they visit.
