i have been trying for a year, nothing works, no support except bots. i need a special category manually approved and nothing happens. i'd be happy to have real help on that but atm i'm giving up. plus email spam is sooooo intense, about 5 emails a day in all languages possible...

awkard always an issue but such is life and i am still grateful for the opportunity youve presented.

The application itself works well. The problem is unacceptable financial discipline of Tik-Tok Shop which I would name SCAM, no doubt.

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. This app was less than 2 stars in early 2026, do not fall for the fake 5 star reviews.

BEWARE! They will not provide a courier for pallet deliveries and if you ship anyway they will not recognise the shipping and refund the customer even though the item has been delivered!

It approved my store and then they deactivated my account and wanted me to create a bunch on videos showing my location and products. This is a SCAM Company looking for get information from Americans about our homeland.

I Keep getting errors while syncing, when reached out to TikTok support they kick me to Shopify. Garbage.

Leider wird bei dieser App das gesamte Inventar synchronisiert. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit einzelne Artikel anzubieten. Das ist bei unserem Shop (über 1.000 Artikel bzw. Varianten) eine Katastrophe. Es ist sehr schade, dass hier keine einfachere Lösung möglich ist. Der Support kann leider auch nicht helfen.

Experiência muito ruim. Enquanto isso a plataforma divulga vídeos com inteligência artificial bizarros e as contas estão lá ativas. Uma conta que você acaba de criar para tentar empreender é derrubada com acusação de violação.

It isn't a straight forward integration, as if the two platforms are making it sure the demand stays between both platforms separately.

Wenn ich null Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich auch null geben. Die Synchronisierung funktioniert nur selten. Weder die Sendungsnummern, noch die regelmäßige Synchronisierung einzelner Produkte funktioniert. Der Support meldet sich nicht zurück. Es ist eine reine Katastrophe. Die TikTok App liefert auch bei TikTok Bestellungen nur die Lieferadresse und keine Rechnungsadresse, wodurch alle, die mit Lexware arbeiten Rechnungen ohne Umsatzsteuer ausgestellt bekommen. Das QM für die TikTok App hat vollkommen versagt.

This has been the worst experience ever. I cannot get any assistance besides a chat bot. My TikTok store was approved with all the needed documents but somehow my products were taken down. I just do not know what to do and just thinking about uninstalling the app and calling it quits.

Dopo aver disinstallato sotto consiglio dell'assistenza Tiktok, e reinstallato, l'applicazione va in errore su tutto! Da 1 settimana che il problema non si risolve, nonostante i ticket e la gestione dei loro esperti.
