Tiktok app wont let me move past the configuration step. Tried support and even that wont let me submit a ticket. Riddled with errors. App does not work and should not be on the marketplace.

I decided to remove all of my products from TikTok Shop through my Shopify admin due to the extremely poor support experience. It is nearly impossible to get help when issues arise. There is no phone support, the chat support does not work properly, and emails go unanswered. For a platform handling real businesses and real revenue, this level of support is unacceptable. As a business owner, I need reliable and responsive assistance when problems come up. Unfortunately, TikTok Shop does not provide that. Until they significantly improve their customer support, I cannot recommend this app to other merchants.

The app wont verify me, it just goes round in circles and it has been doing this for 18 months, you would think that they would have done an update to correct it by now. I reached out for help using support to sort it and after 5 days still no reply! The app doesn’t work and the support aren’t bothered!

Cannot get Tiktok connected to my Shopify store. They removed support to WooCommerce. Since then I've moved my site over to Shopify. And now I cannot unbind my account from WooCommerce because they've removed all traces of their app in their store. I've gotten the runaround from TT Seller support for a month now, all telling me do to things that I cannot do. It's super frustrating that I cannot maintain proper inventory between TT and Shopify now, when I used to with WooCommerce until the US takeover.

Honestly, TikTok Shop has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Trying to get support is incredibly frustrating—they’re not helpful at all. Out of all the platforms and apps I’ve used, this one easily ranks as the worst. Everything just goes in circles, and when something doesn’t work, there’s no clear way to actually get it fixed. If everything runs smoothly for you, consider yourself lucky. But if you ever need support, be prepared—you might not get anything resolved. Really disappointing experience overall.

TERRIBLE customer support. No one there knows what they are doing. One of them literally copied and pasted a response from ChatGPT to try and help me. They are clueless and this app is way more complex than it needs to be to properly setup.

This app is awful and highly unpredictable! Some products sync, others dont, and for no apparent reason. Then one day, products that fail sync will randomly pass and be published to our live store. Support is awful and most of the time, agents have insufficient knowledge to even remotely help.

Wenn man sich die Nerven kaputt machen möchte, dann sollte man versuchen, auf TikTok einen Shop zu eröffnen. Ständiges verifizieren, Ausweise werden nicht anerkannt, Genehmigungen erteilt und einen Tag später wieder gelöscht. Schlimmer geht es nicht mehr

Legitimate UK registered company, trading since 2013. Account deactivated by a bot with zero explanation. Appeal rejected with a blank reason field. Funds frozen for 90 days. No human support available. Avoid until they fix their automated moderation system — it is destroying real businesses.

If I could give it zero stars. I am not sure how all these other reviews are even happy with TikTok. They must be fake review.
