**Un'integrazione Business complessa e un'assistenza estremamente deludente.** L'integrazione tra Shopify, TikTok Shop, Business Center e account pubblicitari è molto meno semplice e automatica di quanto venga presentato. La configurazione richiede numerosi passaggi e verifiche, con un'assistenza assolutamente insufficiente. Il 19 ottobre 2026 il nostro profilo TikTok è stato sospeso senza una motivazione chiara. Dopo il recupero avvenuto il 20 ottobre 2026 e la successiva riconfigurazione degli account Business, i nostri video vengono pubblicati regolarmente, ma registrano quasi zero visualizzazioni rispetto alle centinaia precedenti. Non sappiamo se esistano restrizioni alla distribuzione: è proprio questo che chiediamo di verificare. **Abbiamo aperto tre ticket di assistenza, senza ricevere finora una risposta che chiarisca il problema.** La gestione dell'assistenza TikTok per Business, video e advertising è francamente pessima: procedure frammentate, risposte assenti e molto tempo perso per un'azienda che cerca semplicemente di lavorare. **Stiamo seriamente valutando di abbandonare l'intero ecosistema TikTok Business.** Ci aspettiamo una verifica tecnica e una risposta da un referente competente, non ulteriori messaggi automatici.

I keep getting orders with NO legitmate shipping address which is affecting my shipping rate. I will no longer sell on TikTok

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. We couldn't find any quality profile to work with (unsurprinsingly) so requested for our seller account to be closed, that was four months ago. Nothing was done and they continue to waste our time. Customer service is horrible, we rarely get answers and when we do they are idiotic/generic answers. Our account manager was no help and disappeared the moment we asked for our account to be closed. Horrible company that just wants your money and data

I have to give it one star. This process is the poster child for AI shortcomings. I provided all the documentation the setup asked for, then went through multiple rounds were AI processed my information. It ended up denying my shop. Eventually I was able to get to customer service but that was pointless. They couldn't do anything. They couldn't review the AI decision. They could not override the decision. Worst setup process and I have moved on to other channels. Not worth the time or hassle.

Absolutely terrible support from TikTok. No way to unmap an item if mapped incorrectly. Horrible.

I am very disappointed with the support I received. My issue is still unresolved, and I was not given a proper solution. I expected the problem to be investigated and fixed, not simply passed back to me.

I started using TikTok Shop immediately when it launched in the Netherlands and have been trying to make it work ever since. One of my biggest frustrations is the amount of manual work required to get products properly listed. TikTok asks for all kinds of additional product metadata, even when that information is already available in other product fields. There is often no easy way to map or reuse existing data, so you end up entering the same information manually for product after product. For a seller with a larger catalogue, this quickly becomes extremely time-consuming. Then there is the email communication. Every single day I receive numerous emails from TikTok, often in the most exotic languages imaginable and with little or no relevance to me. Between the excessive manual work, the lack of real support, unresolved category issues and chaotic communication, TikTok Shop still feels like an unfinished product rather than a mature platform for professional sellers.

i have been trying for a year, nothing works, no support except bots. i need a special category manually approved and nothing happens. i'd be happy to have real help on that but atm i'm giving up. plus email spam is sooooo intense, about 5 emails a day in all languages possible...

The application itself works well. The problem is unacceptable financial discipline of Tik-Tok Shop which I would name SCAM, no doubt.

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. This app was less than 2 stars in early 2026, do not fall for the fake 5 star reviews.

BEWARE! They will not provide a courier for pallet deliveries and if you ship anyway they will not recognise the shipping and refund the customer even though the item has been delivered!

It approved my store and then they deactivated my account and wanted me to create a bunch on videos showing my location and products. This is a SCAM Company looking for get information from Americans about our homeland.
