He is demanding $30 a day for a TikTok ad with absolutely no possibility of making changes it’s mind-boggling. I'm starting to wonder if this isn't some scam.

I removed all of my products from TikTok Shop through Shopify because the support experience has been absolutely terrible. Technically, nothing is working... Whenever an issue comes up, getting actual help is nearly impossible. There is no real support, the live chat is broken or useless most of the time, and emails either get ignored or answered with generic copy-paste responses days later. Impossible to set-up a store (all docs rejected...) For a platform that expects businesses to trust them with orders, customers, and revenue, this level of support is beyond unacceptable. Problems stay unresolved while sellers are left wasting hours trying to contact someone who can actually help. TikTok Shop completely fails at that. Obviously the only low IQ ppl use this platform, but they are also customers.....

It seems literally impossible to be "verified" no matter what hoops they have you jump through. The hours my team and I have spent trying to figure it out is ridiculous. Customer support is a joke and there is really no actual person in existence to speak to, it's an absolute joke!

App broken after May 21 update — cannot complete setup The app has been completely unusable since today (21 May 2026). Every time I open it, a JavaScript error appears: "TypeError: Cannot set properties of undefined" in file 67784.706843_2026-5-21.js Reinstalling did not help — the same error loads every time. The app shows "not configured" and setup cannot be completed. This appears to be a bug introduced in today's deployment on TikTok's side. Please fix urgently.

As a small business owner, my experience selling on TikTok Shop has been nothing short of a nightmare. A simple shipping adjustment automatically canceled 4 of my orders and fully refunded customers, even though every order had been shipped and delivered. I provided tracking and delivery confirmation as evidence, yet support responded with nothing but templated replies and policy deflections. I fully absorbed the losses as the seller. To make matters worse, my legitimate licensed products were repeatedly flagged as counterfeit, while a quick browse of the platform reveals countless sellers listing items with no licensing rights whatsoever. The enforcement is selective and inconsistent. After multiple escalations, it became clear that TikTok Shop's support system is designed to protect customers, which is understandable. Still, it offers virtually no meaningful protection for honest, good-faith sellers. I have since removed all my products and closed my store. I would not recommend TikTok Shop to any small business owner until they invest in a seller support system that is fair, responsive, and consistent.

Edit: I am completely lost no one can even view my shop. I had to create two separate accounts and the one with my products is invisible to everyone. I don't think it's even connected to my shopify.

Intentar conectar mi cuenta de TikTok Business desde Shopify ha sido una experiencia completamente frustrante y mal diseñada. Estoy intentando registrar una cuenta business y el proceso de verificación es un caos total. Me piden documentos, los subo correctamente, todo parece ir bien… y de repente el sistema me devuelve al inicio como si no hubiera hecho absolutamente nada. Llevo más de dos meses repitiendo exactamente el mismo proceso, en más de cinco intentos, siempre con el mismo resultado. Es un bucle sin sentido que solo hace perder tiempo. Lo peor no es solo el error, sino la falta total de soporte. Nadie te explica qué está fallando, no hay seguimiento del caso y no existe una solución clara. Te dejan completamente solo frente a un sistema que simplemente no funciona. Es inaceptable que plataformas como TikTok tenga una integración tan mal ejecutada para algo tan básico como crear una cuenta business. Si este es el nivel de experiencia para empezar, sinceramente hace cuestionar seriamente seguir usando estas herramientas.

Tiktok app wont let me move past the configuration step. Tried support and even that wont let me submit a ticket. Riddled with errors. App does not work and should not be on the marketplace.

I decided to remove all of my products from TikTok Shop through my Shopify admin due to the extremely poor support experience. It is nearly impossible to get help when issues arise. There is no phone support, the chat support does not work properly, and emails go unanswered. For a platform handling real businesses and real revenue, this level of support is unacceptable. As a business owner, I need reliable and responsive assistance when problems come up. Unfortunately, TikTok Shop does not provide that. Until they significantly improve their customer support, I cannot recommend this app to other merchants.
