Experiência muito ruim. Enquanto isso a plataforma divulga vídeos com inteligência artificial bizarros e as contas estão lá ativas. Uma conta que você acaba de criar para tentar empreender é derrubada com acusação de violação.

It isn't a straight forward integration, as if the two platforms are making it sure the demand stays between both platforms separately.

Wenn ich null Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich auch null geben. Die Synchronisierung funktioniert nur selten. Weder die Sendungsnummern, noch die regelmäßige Synchronisierung einzelner Produkte funktioniert. Der Support meldet sich nicht zurück. Es ist eine reine Katastrophe. Die TikTok App liefert auch bei TikTok Bestellungen nur die Lieferadresse und keine Rechnungsadresse, wodurch alle, die mit Lexware arbeiten Rechnungen ohne Umsatzsteuer ausgestellt bekommen. Das QM für die TikTok App hat vollkommen versagt.

This has been the worst experience ever. I cannot get any assistance besides a chat bot. My TikTok store was approved with all the needed documents but somehow my products were taken down. I just do not know what to do and just thinking about uninstalling the app and calling it quits.

Dopo aver disinstallato sotto consiglio dell'assistenza Tiktok, e reinstallato, l'applicazione va in errore su tutto! Da 1 settimana che il problema non si risolve, nonostante i ticket e la gestione dei loro esperti.

I cant seem to disconnect this app from this shopify store

Tiktok cancelled all the orders and refunded the money to the buyers even though it was fulfilled via Shopify. I got a violation and they deactivated my account. After several tries of submitting appeal with clear evidence and talking to their agent, they decided to create a ticket for me. But then, after few days, everything was erased; all past orders, appeals, evidence, everything. Like it is a new store. It is very sketchy that they can just do that and also not return the money. I absorbed all the loses and it is frustrating for a small business.

I'm submitting UNITED STATES FEDERAL documentation of my proof of residence and TikTok is claiming they cannot verify it. My whole shop is hanging up because TikTok does not accept US Federal documentation that I live where I live.

Leider erhalte ich ohne HRA Nummer kein Verifizierung. In DE ist das aber kein MUSS! Dann sind noch andere Fehlermeldungen. Eine Katastrophe! Noch nie habe ich eine Bewertung geschrieben, aber das macht mich so richtig sauer.

No syncing, using wrong language in wrong markets, unclear setup, contradicting guides and workflow, and what the apps says is actually not similar that what is said on the tiktok seller centre itself. It's a complete nightmare to setup, to try to fix anything. I've been busy with it for a week, with random errors and syncing problems showing up. Information in the shopify app does not seem to communicate with tiktok seller centre at all. A billion dollar company serving this kind of crap is just an insult.

Awful app with 0 support, TikTok Seller support knows nothing about how to help with issues regarding this app. I have some orders not syncing which means they get missed.

Complete garbage, don't install this. It will waste your time and energy and you will hand over business and customer data to god knows who

Your TikTok Shop account is connected to another Shopify store or e-commerce platform. Please disconnect it before connecting to this Shopify store. I keep getting this freakin error when my account isn't connected to anything and tiktok and shopify DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT

just doesnt work. wont connect, wont log in, wont verify. just save your time, its a disaster in this digital age, its shocking it doesnt work

He is demanding $30 a day for a TikTok ad with absolutely no possibility of making changes it’s mind-boggling. I'm starting to wonder if this isn't some scam.
