The app wont verify me, it just goes round in circles and it has been doing this for months, I was told i can't link because I am in a probation period as a new seller however I want to be able to bulk upload my items so I can sell them to be able to achieve all the targets to get our of probation.

Does not work or connect, customer support is also either broken or nonexistent.

it required alot of compliance and several back and forth rejections but was able to hit it at the end.

I am not sure who submitted this, but it we have been trying to get on TicTok since may, I have had heatied conversations with your personell who acknowledged the problem but kept sending me back to go. I lost a lot of valuable time, and money trying to get approved (and I still get emails saying I am not approved) and not being able to sell. This is my prime season and I am just getting up and running. While TikToc is a good tool, the process is ridiculous. I am a legitimate business with my own location, not selling out of my kitchen or bedroom I have had the hardest time because I use my home address as ,my mailing address- (I have a office at home) fmy licensed kitchen is a different address May, June, July, August, Sept, Oct, Nov... We go the ok, then thy took us down ... we cannot talk with a live person, only a bot We are still not in and it's been a year!
