Ik had heel veel moeite om TikTok te verbinden met Shopify. Na dagen is dat pas gelukt. Het syncen duurt nu ook weer een eeuwigheid, helaas. Dit zijn zeker verbeterpunten!

Product and template synchronization could be improved. Repeated updates, such as applying category templates, have been unfortunately necessary. Additionally, I've noticed that some TikTok discounts cannot be paused or stopped, even though these features are available. I attempted to update a percentage-based discount, but was unsuccessful and had to wait for it to expire. My contact with customer support was unproductive.

Although setting up was a bit straightforward, we still have a lot to learn about TikTok.

Es una plataforma que tiene efectos rápidos, pero a la vez son muchos usuarios y mucha gente publicitando, lo cual es muy remoto que la gente ponga atención a un solo anuncio. Es muy costosa. Deberían tener precios mas competitivos y dar un espacio al cliente para ver si efectivamente funciona. cobran por adelantado 500usd sin saber si el producto va a tener la acogida necesaria. Deberían cobrar una tarifa básica, si funciona pues entonces si cobrar la tarifa fijada. Ah y ponerla en varios idiomas, que problema para traducir.

I know its effective but expensive at the same time... a little disadvantage for the beginners... If there is anything like giving 3 months to try it in less amount then increase the fees to normal...could definitely the beginners.

little confusing with multiple types of accounts, like regular, business, or ad accounts. Should be a smoother setup with less steps.

It seems easy to set up at first, but my store does not migrate to TikTok as it should. It has been asking me about a warehouse (there is no other warehouse, so not sure what other information it needs). As to the store, it is not functional. It basically is requesting that I recreate my store item by item and repost it into TikTok (they call it "syncing", but I am actually having to go item by item, putting a new picture, updating information...basically recreating my store all over again. The idea is good, but needs work. I was hoping to deploy this sooner. I will update my feedback when the app is more user-friendly.
