Tik tok has way more ppl then any other app to run ads.. more ppl, more buyers.

It was easy to set up, following the instructions; I have not used this app yet; this is about setup only. But once I had my campaign set, I wanted to pay, at the bottom of the process asked for a town or country the only thing available was your US States and I'm CANADIAN.
