App keeps disconnecting the pixel which means it stops tracking, it doesn't have a "select pixel" option instead it make us create a new one every time it gets disconnected then we can select the right one. Kind of annoying

The integration with Shopify was confusing.

I’m not sure I set it up right

The application is not working properly as it does not SYNC with your seller account... hence either you enter all manually on the Tiktok Shop seller account or you can say goodbye to your money. Inefficient customer support.

so far so good-USA the Republic wins, Thank you Tik Tok, i just added this app to my Shopify and got this automatic survey review, so too early to say about benefits about Tiktok

This could be better an easier to set up tik tok shop. This needs a better way to connect with Shopify stores.

I'm new to Tik Tok so the teaching videos was not syncing with teh actual site info. I'm sure once I figure things out that it will be easier for me to navigate around the site.

Fácil de instalar pero no queda claro que app hay que descargar cuando abre la tienda de apps de shopify. Estaría bien que lo detallase en las instrucciones. he tenido que ver un tutorial, saludos
