You are forced to wait multiple days to sync products because the platform puts you into a probation period and only allows up to 100 items to sync. You cannot choose which 100 items are synced. To exit the probation period, you must make multiple sales, but that is nearly impossible when you have no control over what is being sold. If your store offers both digital products and IRL clothing, and the random 100 items are all digital, you are stuck waiting another day for another random sync. This system is neither efficient nor helpful for brands that sell multiple product types. I want to use this app to grow my clothing business, not my digital items, yet there is no way to edit or control this. Customer support provides no solution and simply tells you to try again the next day. There is also no way to bypass probation, even for established stores. I am not sure if this app will be useful for anyone trying to grow their business. It seems quite frustrating and needs a redesign. If you were able to at least choose what gets sync, even if there is a limit to it, that would be more efficient than the randomly choosing. I cannot recommend using this, especially when customer service doesn't care and tells you only "Good Luck." This is extremely bizarre. Update: They lied. You cannot upload 100 a day, even if you are in the tier. The app is too difficult to navigate and customer service makes you wait a long time, since they have no clue what they are doing. First, I had "Harvie", they told me that you can only upload 100 a day. Then threw me to a bot. Next day, "John" responds, rushes you and closes the chat, even if you provide all the information. Horrible service. If you are looking for a seemless app, this ain't it.
I created an account, then got approved for my business account. Now I can no longer log in. It says account is not found when I try to connect my Shopify store to my Tik Tok account. I am logged in automatically to my phone and on my laptop so how is my account not found. Last, there is no way that you can get in touch with anyone from this place to help you.

Support for the tiktok app doesn't exist. Every day it tells me I'm 4th in like with a 3-16 hour wait...

TikTok / Verkäufer Center ist der dümmste Müll hier funktioniert garnichts. System ist komplett instabil hier funktioniert aber auch wirklcih rein GARNICHTS !!!! Beim Kundensupport arbeiten auch nur Versager, die nix drauf haben ausser Zahnbelag.. Spart euch die Nerven und scheisst auf die Plattform.. Egal welches Thema man sitzt eine Woche lang dran und wird immer frustrierter..

A TOTAL PAIN IN THE BUTT!!! After it took AGES to register as a seller on Tiktok, I wanted to synchronize my products between Shopify an TikTok, but as I try to synchronize the window stays in boot mode (the booting circle symbol turn endless) and whether I refreshed the Browsers, cleared the Cache or switched Browsers (Firefox & Chrome), I contacted the support, but they couldn't help either. In total the plugin is a fail, but instantly after installation it expects you to rate this $h1t with 5 stars. Although, other sellers somehow must have managed to synchronize their products... I guess.
You simply don't want me to work with you. I've tried to create my account three times, sending absolutely everything you request—company documents, etc.—and you close it again. The last time, I had already configured everything, including company bank accounts, and after several days of operation, you closed it again. My company is a legally registered business, and my credentials are authentic. I haven't had any problems with any other platform, only with you. I truly don't understand why you insist you can't verify the documents I send. I'll never understand it. Besides, your technical support is terrible, and everything seems to be reviewed by AI, not real people. I'm completely disappointed.
It's impossible to connect to a TikTok Shop account. It keeps asking for a Vietnamese phone number.

The orders don't sync through to Shopify and tiktok support doesn't have any solutions. So frustrating.
