Muy descontenta con esta aplicación, hice una campaña con un presupuesto de 30 € y me han cobrado lo que les parece, me siguen cobrando todos los días una cuota y he tenido hasta que cancelar la tarjeta porque no hay manera de ponerse en contacto con ellos. Si hay alguien de esta aplicación que me pueda ayudar, ayudar, lo agradecería

While it's easy to install, the product syncing doesn't work at all. Shopify and TikTok are pointing fingers are each other, meanwhile no one can fix the issue. Very frustrating.

The day after I deposited a bunch of money to start running Tik Tok Ads on my Shop, I suddenly get an email saying I have received a ticket with 6 violations for using "other creator's content on TikTok Shop". -- WHICH I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT. And when I clicked on the link the ticket says it's unappealable. It made me so mad that I spent the last 2 weeks creating my own designs, had already posted several videos and finally decided to put $$ into ads and THEN receive this nonsense, and it has the nerve to be unappealable!!!! Pissed me off so much that I immediately deleted my shop and am now trying to get my money back that has not yet been spent on ads! And it's a lot since it had only been a day and a half.

I've sold on a number of platforms and while they all have their quirks and annoyances, it usually takes me a good few years to hate the platform and a fair while longer to consider removing it entirely from our sales funnel. I installed Tiktok as a sales channel but a few days ago i already HATE this platform with a passion, there are so may things wrong with it, from not accepting tracking numbers, to the app completely not working, I've already removed over half our stock from this app despite only adding it a few days ago. i have little doubt the other half will follow and so too this app in a day or two. Awful App, Rubbish Service, Waste of time, money and effort save yourself dont install this app

Refused to recognize my account with my phone number. Every time it sent me a code, I put it in and then I got an error, unrecognizable account! Super frustrating, especially since I have already synced my account to shopify and am able to log into my account.

Integration was a constant pain. When we imported our products 80% failed verification with no explanation and would not verify after multiple amendments. Raised a support ticket for help, got nowhere and they market the ticket as resolved despite not addressing the issue. The core issue appears to be over the name of our products, which are factually accurate and design-inspired names, yet they appear to breach some standards. There appears to be no way to have a human review the products to see that they meet the guidelines and I don't expect they will amend the algorithm any time soon. Awful experience thus far.

Same problem with TikTok it never approves your shop, all my documents are valid but it is the same thing over and over. Only app that we have this problem with.

Ads were not approved and they continue to take money out of my bank account so whenever you try contacting them there is no response but rather blatant disregard for someone's hard earned money.

A complete disaster—after connecting a shop, it can’t be disconnected, and there’s constantly an “rpc call error]}” message. Support can’t do anything other than suggest using incognito mode. My God, what a nightmare in the 21st century.

Products not syncing to Tiktok seller, we reinstalls their app 3 times. Endless talks to their TikTok support didn't help, I'm starting to think that TikTok are using bots for support

Be very careful of violating any Tiktok policies. They will shut your shop and withhold all the funds that they owe you regardless of whether you are in the right. Their Appeals process is unfair.

Objetivamente la aplicación es muy mala para un país como Colombia, no ves resultados, cuesta mucho el día y nunca sabes si la gente vio la campaña o no, no la recomiendo, no pierdan el dinero por lo menos en Colombia.

i would leave this app a negative 5 stars if I could, this app has major issues that need to be worked out, and when you try to reach out to TikTok they will try to throw you onto Shopify, it might be just me having bad luck with the app but it wouldn't categorize anything, wont auto map anything, then you will have to go back and fix everything if you made a mistake, then you have to optimize everything then finally you might have the luck to upload everything, this app seems like it belongs in the late 90s or early 2000's this app is trash

Given how anyone I talk to about this app agrees that its an absolute nightmare, Im *shocked* that this app somehow has one of the highest ratings (4.8) on the shopify app platform. Just. HOW. We've had *SOOOOOO* many problems. I do not understand. UPDATE: Finally, somehow, got it stop rejecting our documents. Running a shop has been a nightmare as well, with random AI false flagging out items as prohibited (they definitely are not) and then tickets/a support system that ranges from computer-generated worthless and agents that lack the english/cultural understanding to understand how they have errored. Maybe 1 in 10 agents understands and attempts to fix things, but that fix is usually to escalate to a different team which will also error and then put us back to step 1. I might give it 2 star because at least we're making sales, but honestly, this app has wasted so much of my time and patience that i question whether the money we've made is even worth the hassle. Well, its been rejecting my ID verification saying my unaltered CC statements and bank statements are "Altered" again and again. They are downloaded straight from my bank (a major US bank)... So... Not sure whats up. Ive looked them over, they look fine. Ive tried 10+ times with different unaltered documents, doesnt matter. Sometimes it just rejects it saying they cant verify with no mention of altering. We've never had this issue with any other shops/platform. Not sure if this is some system/ai/computer error or some kind of incompetence on the human side because no one responds to tickets/emails over there. Might update if TT ever figures this out and fixes it. This is some pure dystopian nonsense.
