Love the setup so far. Great job. We are really looking forward to working with TikTok as we expand our offerings into TikTok sales / advertising.

Tiktok cancelled all the orders and refunded the money to the buyers even though it was fulfilled via Shopify. I got a violation and they deactivated my account. After several tries of submitting appeal with clear evidence and talking to their agent, they decided to create a ticket for me. But then, after few days, everything was erased; all past orders, appeals, evidence, everything. Like it is a new store. It is very sketchy that they can just do that and also not return the money. I absorbed all the loses and it is frustrating for a small business.
