Does not allow relinking of products and we cannot link our Tiktok products to their correct Shopify products. We have reached out to Tiktok many times regarding this problem and no one can help remove them. Only orders with linked products seem to show in our Shopify orders so we still have to constantly check Tiktok shop for new orders. Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling as well with no luck. Inventory does not sync correctly and app constantly asks you to map products that you cannot map because there is no way to unlink a previous product even if it was linked to an incorrect listing. Show old orders saying they require attention even though they have already been shipped.

Really really bad, took too long, no help, repeat typing over and over again and doing again here. No help, bad for a small business....too much work and waste of tie for what it is worth sadly

Cannot link to my tiktok account. TikTok portion says it cannot find my account. Support link does not work.

0 Stars App is BS. Can't get approved no matter what documents you upload and takes days to just get declined over and over again. Sucks! I don't recommend at all!

This app is horrible. It loads painfully slow. Inventory doesn't sync, product syncing is just a mess in general. Terribly designed.

We've been in business for over 22 years and probably have about 20 apps in our Shopify store. We advertise on every medium possible. We've never experienced so much difficulty or lack of support as we have with this application and regardless of what information we supply to their "support" team, we get no resolve. They want social security numbers, Tax IDs, all locations, all application information, etc. I just counted over 200 emails to support requesting assistance and support continues to provide circular and repetitive unhelpful responses.

I connected this tiktok for my shop on shopify. Using correct email and phone number. When you log into tiktok account on the desktop with your correct email and phone number your shop doesn't exist and you have to start over with the registration. I notice that my shopify connection changes with tiktok sending data to another area. I notice that my logo changed on tiktok shopify and I get numerous account information to change. Yes, I have 2fa and all the security mumbo jumbo. Tiktok will sell your information send data that doesn't related to any of your items this is data theft. Watch out when deploying any kind of tiktok shop business to your shopify. Its not worth it. My thoughts when it was easy to do on shopify and sync i thought wow this is too good to be true and sure enough it is. All my products are originated and made in the usa now i see duplicates of similar products of mine on tiktok for less. I did a test to see where my traffic went, sure enough my shop has been re routed to another site. so I was losing out sales while the other site was gaining my traffic through this app. do not install this.

worst sales channel i ever tried so far. useless and please be careful sharing your data with them. they will drive your store to hell. scripts will make your site super slow. try elsewhere for better service

App is giving mixed messages and results .... I keep receiving emails telling me that my shop has been approved to sell apparel and I need to download the tik tok app in my shopify store to upload my catalog. I tried to do so in order to upload my catalog and received the message that my application was actually rejected but yet I was approved to purchase $70 a day advertising ( in a rejected shop) ?!?!?! Also, how do you reject a shop that has been in business over 20 years with my business license, EIN number and reseller certification all submitted ?!?! Very confusing and frustrating !!

I would like to give your poor instruction A VERY BIG ZERO. Verifying My ID took days to be completed. it gave me anxiety and I was very stressed out. It has nothing to do with my intelligence as much as it has everything to do with your POOR INSTRUCTIONS. You should be clear about verification should happen with both a mobile and laptop, not one or another. Please try to give CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS, PREFERABLY STEP BY STEP INSTUCTIONS to avoid anxiety which is unnecessary. Thank you.

. I have wrriten TT about what is going on with my account. These people do not reply back until someone write a review. I need help putting my stuff on TT, The ads runs great. But to open my store on TT is a dead deal because no one will reach out to you. I can not find my id , Its really hard.

Keep asking for ein verification I have done it 7 times info is correct ,and no telephone number to call and see what problem is and get fixed. Still not registered geuss 3 bank account 147c and drivers license renewal not enough

I was invited to create a shop through Shopify. I was so excited to open this new sales channel, but I soon became so disappointed. I connected everything through my Shopify account but didn't realize that TikTok required additional information, even though Shopify already had ALL that information. They permanently closed my account. After trying to chat for help to see if anything could change this, I was told there wasn't a solution. Not something any business owner likes to hear. Now, the only way I can activate a new one is to create a new email and phone number. This makes it easier to create fraudulent accounts. No wonder so many consumers say they buy things and end up getting knockoffs on TikTok. I would never buy anything. I will not set up an account until they let sellers reopen accounts.

Difficult to sign up with TikTok Shop as a business as one requirement is a passport. The Chat with us feature is worthless as one just gets the run around and no solid answers. Started a ticket but then email received saying they did not understand what I needed and yet I was very clear with photo and description so just a waste of time trying to get this to work. Also saw limit of $40 shipping cost I could charge and I want to know what shipping company would ship a 49 lb. box 19"w x 19L x 13"h, $800 value, Adult Signature required at time of delivery for $40 from MN to LA If there is a shipping company who could do it for that, please let me know as our discounted rate was much more than that.

Installed this app as was invited to open a TikTok Shop. I was excited to try and went through the setup. Got stuck at "Locations" I have 2 locations that are not standard locations, one is an email address and the other is another app. The TikTok app will not let me complete the setup, as these two locations do not have the "State" field completed. They don't have address fields that can be filled in. Submitted a ticket to TikTok, to find out it was the wrong department. Submitted a ticket to the other department, to find out I need to submit a ticket to the other department that I tried first. The "Integrations and App Department" told me it was a Shopify issue, not theirs. Went to the App to try to get support, guess what, it takes me back to the TikTok Integrations Department support, who will not fix their app. They wrote the app, not Shopify, so they need to fix it. Can't get my products in to TikTok to even try that out. Still, apparently I can take out their extremely expensive ads if I want, that apparently is working (from the same app). For $30 per day, I can advertise on there. Not sure where it will send them to as the TikTok shop is not working. I am sure it probably works for some, just don't get an issue and need to speak to the support, because no one wants to help. I will not be using them if their support is like that. Furthermore, I have no faith or trust in them. Sad really as I was looking forward to using the shop. I notice they don't bother with replying to feedback either, so they are probably not trying to improve anything.
