This is one of the worst channel apps on the site. The API is terrible and does not understand your product data, and it will use its terrible AI to guess what products are based on titles and descriptions, which is often completely useless. The app itself is a laggy, buggy mess, and manually editing dozens or even hundreds of products is a nightmare. Way, way too many fields are "mandatory" that are completely irrelevant to the actual product being listed. Unless you already have a customer based on TikTok, you should seriously consider whether this is worth your time. It wasn't worth mine.

that was super fast and easy

It took me 2 days to figure out how to add TikTok Business successfully to my Shopify account

There is practically no assistance with this app as it is not allowing me to connect to my TikTok shop, and the connectivity errors are just too great.

So much easier than META!!!
