You work long and hard to establish a presence, and as soon as you start to earn some orders they will give you meaningless violations and hold your funds for 365 days! All my orders have been shipped and delivered without a single issue. Now after months of selling, they ask for intrusive personal information even when they have already verified the business and have all the business certifications and tax documents. If there was ever an issue, why would you let me start to sell in the first place? They have ZERO customer service and support. I will close the TikTok Shop and uninstall the app.
