This app is beyond fantastic. We've used it many times for the Pre-Sale and Coming Soon functions which suits our business perfectly. It's so well organized and easy to use, indispensable, really. There are many other functions that will help you run your shop and communicate closely with your customer. Timesact's customer service is SO excellent. Tonight we had a technical difficulty and were not sure how to solve it...very stressful right before launching 30 new products tomorrow. It's 8pm PST and I thought I'd be stressing all night but decided to send a chat message--chat is very conveniently located right in their app. To my surprise, Marie immediately answered and proceeded to find and fix the issue in a flash. She was so lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. We'll pick Timesact every single time. The 5 star reviews are accurate, you can trust this company to deliver on their promises and add hours back to your life. Thank you for your top-notch customer care.
