The App was simple to install and use, and does everything perfectly. When we had a query regarding compatibility with our bespoke site their help team were amazingly quick to respond. Rochelle & Rommel fixed us up right away and couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks Guys!

Timesact helped me set up my pre order and when I had an issue they helped me straight away with their live chat. This is the best app I have used for pre order, they have made it so easy for me to use. I would highly recommend them over any other pre order app

This is an awesome app, and even though it's a free plan, the support was very helpful. Ken helped me to fix an issue in a minute.

Our web developer suggested this app for managing pre-orders when we have things out of stock. We are probably only using a fraction of it's capabilities. Super easy to use, works well and their support team is outstanding if you have any queries.

This app is very helpful, but above all the customer support is outstanding. JoJo delivered an excellent onboarding call incuding many great hints, ideas and best practices.
