Super super super helpful support and made me want to keep using it. Also generally was quite intuitive to use anyway and quite straight forward so happy so far. Hopefully I will get a lot of pre-orders !

This app is so easy to set-up! I had just one issue and Princess was amazing! She answered my questions right away and got the Pre-order button to look exactly like I wanted it, seamlessly integrating into my website. Thank you!

Was a bit tough to navigate all the options at first, but the support has be great! Very quick to help and communications have been awesome. They have even been able to help outside the scope of this app. very happy!

I'm really loving this app. It's been absolutely crucial for me when I was out of stock but the app help me keep selling but at the same time managing customer expectations. The customer service from these developers is absolutely world class, they always reply really fast and have fixed one of my issues immediately. Fully recommend!

Had a 30-minute call with Ken from customer support to go over the app implementation. He walked me through all functionalities and ensured my shop was set up correctly. The app might come with some minor bugs, but the support solves your problems in 10 minutes. The answer right away and are very quick on action! I've had the pleasure of being assigned to Rommel and he was very helpful and quick.
