App has done exactly what I was looking for, allowing customers to continue to place orders while I was managing a delay in stock. Support is very responsive and helpful. They have been able to help or resolve every question I have had to far.

Their customer service team is incredibly responsive when it comes to integration issues. I initially went with a different app that didn’t reply at all—knowing what I know now, I’ll stick with Timesact every time.
