Absouletly amazing customer service! I've had a couple of questions/techincal issues not due to the app, but the crossover with Shopify and everytime i've popped it in the chat i've had a response and fix within minutes. So helpful. Highly recommend.

it was a bit complicated for me to set up alone, but i contacted support and they were very helpful! everything is perfect now.. Shoutout to Louie for being efficient!

I haven't used this app for very long, but I will say that their customer service alone is 5 stars. If you have any issues, they'll get back to you within an hour! That's so helpful for us small business owners.

The App did exactly what we needed; giving customers the ability to pre-order prior to stock arriving, I will certainly be extending its use for items coming soon as well. I did need a little support during setup which was handle extremely quickly by the team (Louie). I couldn't be happier, well done guys.

We are having a great experience with Timesact. We were in an emergency inventory situation where our product was going to be out of stock for about a week because of sourcing issues. We installed the app and had a couple of questions not long after installing. Rommel and Princess answered our questions within minutes of our asking. We didn't lose any sales and actually had larger sales with our preorders that we were able to fill within the week. We strongly recommend Timesact for your preorder/out of stock needs. The support is timely and they are a great fit for our business.
