This app is absolutely amazing and just what I needed. After installing and uninstalling a couple of other ones, I found this to be the most intuitive and simplest to set up. It helps me to be able to organise multiple limited drops and pre-orders. Their pricing is also the most reasonable and flexible that I've seen. The thing I couldn't have predicted though is the world class onboarding and customer service. The Timesact team are really special. Thanks folks!

Great App. I use for pre-orders when dropping a new collection or if items are sold out. Easy to use and understand but if anything comes up, they have excellent customer service. You can schedule a virtual meeting with a real person as soon as the next day, or have a live chat right away with a real person. They're always super helpful and gets to the bottom of the issue quickly. Good plans for smaller stores like mine too
I have had a great experience, and when things have gone wrong they have been really quick to fix it and get things running as they should. My only feature I wish they would have is have the option to communicate a bit better with bundles on other apps.
Customer support was on the ball even when I contacted them on the weekend.
