I am a new business owner and I am not tech savvy. This app is amazing and the Live chat is so helpful I could cry! I will endlessly brag about Timesact and Al Kenneth Bunani.

I tried a couple different apps to allow a backorder feature on my website and none of them worked how I wanted. I finally came across the Preorder Notify Me app and it did exactly what I needed. Everything was fairly easy to get setup and Kenneth from their support team was great to work with. I had a small functionality issue between the app and my specific Shopfiy template, but Kenneth was able to quickly resolve the issue and help guide me through some of the other features. Would recommend if you're looking for an app that allows for pre-orders or backorders.

After trying various solutions for our shop's pre-orders, we decided to use Timesact Preorder app. We have now been using it for more than 1 year. There are various options that can be configured for your needs, from the look of the badges to the payment functions. We can easily and quickly upload many products and offer them to customers however we want. And at the moment you can test it fully functional at no cost. Their support is working, fast and effective. Yes, we are satisfied. Thank you ^_^
