I found the app settings confusing, despite app reviews saying this was for beginners. The customer service, on the other hand, was A++. I got help right away. I asked a question on Thursday night (by email) and someone responded to me right away. I couldn't reply until the next morning and, again, someone was there to help me. My problem was resolved quickly (and accurately) by early Friday morning. This was great!

They reached out to help me get set up with a free and very friendly onboarding call. This really helped me get started using the app, which I think will work very well for my product preorder campaign.

We like this app it's very helpful for our business, initially there was a issue but they were quick to resolve it. It was a pleasure to work with the Timeact team on solving the technical problem, thank you Marie and the Timeact team.

Timesact is the only pre-order app I will ever use. The app is a bit confusing at first because there's a lot of information and a lot of new options with the interface, but once you have it up and running it's a breeze. Every time I have reached out to support, at any time of day or night, I have received a response within 10-15 minutes, and they have always resolved my issue. They even go so far as to make custom code for your store and your needs. The entire team is extremely helpful, and has always helped with anything I've needed.
