This app can do more than what we are using it for, but as far as allowing pre-orders and back-orders go, it works a treat. You can setup templates or defaults for a lot of functionality, and it works out the box with most themes almost perfectly. For any instances where a customised theme meant some things were slightly amiss, support was more than happy to ehlp! Keep up the great work team!

We've been using the app for several weeks now and are very happy with how well it works. The customer service has been incredibly helpful and even managed to ensure the app works seamlessly when discount codes are applied.

This is my first Shopify experience and first experience with this app. I'm not the most tech savvy person and was having difficulty getting things set up. I emailed the support team on a Saturday night around 11:30pm, they had already responded by Sunday morning at 1am. We emailed back and forth all day on Sunday to get my questions answered so I was able to launch my Shopify store in time! I wasn't even expecting an answer until Monday at the earliest. That first day, we were able to bring in over $2,000 in sales, and that would not have been possible without the help of this team! I cannot recommend this app enough! AMAZING customer service!

Rommel was SO PATIENT and SO KIND. I asked a gazillion questions and he kindly answered each one. This app is missing a feature that I wanted but because of the amazing customer service, I'm fine waiting for them to develop it. I'm telling you - I installed/tested four other apps and nobody would help me in a timely fashion except Rommel! 10 STARS and so much appreciation for the help and true feeling of partnership. Keep crushing it!

I ran into a slight issue with getting the Pre-Order product badges to show up on my Shopify store. I contacted customer support and within 15 minutes Kenneth had the issue resolved. It happened so quickly that I noticed it was fixed before I was able to read Kenneth's email response letting me know my issue should be resolved. Great app, even better customer service!

Super easy to set up and easy to understand! I had a small issue with the badge not showing on collection pages, but easily I wrote to support through the chat and they handled it in some minutes. Great support service! Thanks

Great app for preorders and back-in-stock notifications. We have always been impressed by their prompt and courteous customer service whenever we have questions or experience any obstacles. Would definitely recommend Timesact to anyone looking for automated business solutions.

Excellent way to arrange a pre-order function on your shopify store! They also ACTUALLY help when you send an email to customer service, and solve issues quickly!

Great app and support too. We get a lot of pre-orders. But what we really miss that there is no translation possible for the text at the productpages, below the button. We have a multi-language store and we miss this feature.
