I met with Jolo for the app demo ad download . He was excellent! Clear, kind and patient. I would recommend the app to other small business owners based on the functionality I am familiar with at this stage. Thanks Jolo!

- We've had this app for a long time and would give it more stars if we could. The functionality helps us to manufacture in small quantities and ensure customers are informed about their pre-order. However, the customer service is why we wanted to write a review today. As every Shopify user knows, a new Shopify theme update can cause some code to go wonky (technical term). We always reach out to the team before publishing a new theme or update to ensure the code will work. They're online, friendly, and fast. Try this app, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing support staff and app. They quickly fixed a display modification I wanted, and they were available to video chat to show me how to use the app. There are some awesome features in development I'm really excited about too! Keep up the great work!

Jolo was excellent! His customer service was impeccable and he did an outstanding job answering all of my questions as well as his guidance through the app itself. I now feel very comfortable moving forward with my launch date because I can now incorporate a pre-order tab. I am really impressed with the app as well as the live support you receive if you have a question and need to speak with someone, directly. There are also quick and easy to follow tutorials that help as a resource tool, if needed. Thanks again Jolo, I wish you all the best and I would highly recommend this app, by far.

Had a very efficient and effective call with Jolo. He solved my issue and walked me through on other function as well. He explained in very details. We also went over on how to setup the dynamic message in the page. Great Customer Service.

I've tried a few pre-order apps, and this one is the most user-friendly. The support team responds very quickly and helped us solve the UI display issue. The technical skills of the support team are impressive.

So far so good! Our business makes custom suits for action figures so we use the pre-order/made to order function. So far it works great. When I had trouble, their support staff Jolo helped quickly and solved the issue. I would recommend this app.

Nothing but good things to say about the app. It does what it is supposed to and the customer service has been great. I needed to change the look of my Add to Cart and Pre-order buttons through the app and the developers assisted promptly. Highly recommended!

Jolo was amazing. He set up our store in minutes plus showed me how to use in the future for various situations we'd encounter.
