Timesact has been incredibly quick, helpful, and easy to work with. As a new entrepreneur, there are already so many things to figure out, so having a team that responds fast and actually helps you solve problems makes a huge difference. Once the owner got on the chat and did a zoom with me to help me figure things out. They’ve made the process feel much less overwhelming, and I really appreciate how supportive and straightforward they are. If you’re just getting started with your business and want a company that understands you may need a little extra guidance, I definitely recommend Timesact.

If you’re looking to do preorders for your store, stop scrolling and give Timesact a chance. The customer service is seriously out of this world! I’ve reached out to them at all different hours of the day and no matter who answers, they’re professional, patient, and extremely helpful! They keep saying they want my business to truly be successful, and I think their actions back their words. A week into my business, all I’ve done is preorders, and after getting help setting up the specific parameters, I haven’t run into a single issue. Do yourself a favor and incorporate Timesact into your shop so you can worry about something other than preorders!

Fantastic app and outstanding support... We installed Timesact primarily for its Backorder functionality, which is exactly what we were looking for. It allows us to continue selling products when they are temporarily out of stock, while making it really clear to the customer throughout the purchasing journey that the item is on backorder. We had a small issue when first installing the app, so contacted the support team. Robert, Tudor, Ken and Marie were incredibly helpful and had everything sorted and working correctly in no time at all. Support was very easy to contact, communication was excellent, and the speed at which they resolved the problem was genuinely impressive. The app is now working exactly as we wanted and the Backorder feature in particular is going to be extremely useful for our business. A very easy five stars from us - highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Timesact, especially thanks to Robert! I had an issue with the pre-order button on my Shopify store. Shopify support initially sent me back to Timesact, even though the issue was actually on Shopify’s side and unrelated to the Timesact app. Robert still took the time to help me, explained what was wrong, and guided me through fixing it. He went above and beyond to help with an issue that wasn’t even caused by their app. Really appreciate the great support! Highly recommend Timesact and Robert!

Preorders are a nightmare for my shop and i've tried all sorts of methods to make it easier over the years but this app is the best i've found. The flexibility in the settings to create individual customer experiences for each preorder product and set cart warnings for mixed carts is excellent. All rounded off by a super competent and responsive real person chat support (thanks especially to Robert who went the extra mile!). Highly recommend!

The response from the team at support was exceptional. They were efficient, concise and patient to ensure all my questions were answered! The pre-order feature was exactly what I was looking for. It allows me to partially fulfil instock items whilst put incoming stocks on hold for later. Highly recommended.

First off, the app is super convenient for use with setting up pre-orders, especially with the new update. On top of that, the customer service is amazing! I had a problem and they immediately jumped onto a video call with me and showed me how to fix everything in a flash!

Changed my life. Quickly. My entire product catalog was in a container that unexpectedly got pulled for inspection, right before our August 1st launch. I suddenly needed a way to put 300+ products on pre-order, fast. This app allowed me to single-handedly update my entire catalog to pre-order overnight. What could have been an absolute logistical nightmare became completely manageable. If you run an e-commerce business and need an efficient way to manage pre-orders at scale, I cannot recommend this app enough. 10/10 — genuinely saved me during a very stressful situation.
