Had a wonderful experience when i reached out for help. I got a near instant reply, no bot and Rommel was super helpful, friendly and quick to fix my problem. My favourite part about the app so far, is having a dynamic pre-order button to suit my stores needs.

The range of subscriptions are amazing and reasonably priced! Giving me unlimited possibilities from setting up successful Presales to sending polite delay emails to customers. This app has made my business life so easy! Such a gamechanger! The customer support is fast and outstanding-Marie was fantastic

After a long time researching which app would be perfect for my shop's pre-order and notify me (email collection) functionality, I decided to give Timesact a try. The free functionality is so good, and when I was playing around and setting things up the first hour of downloading it, I ran into an issue (which ended up being my theme's issue, not theirs). I chatted with customer support and immediately got help. Not only that, I got transferred to someone that can code the theme, and we got on a quick call so she could fix it for me and show me some features of Timesact (shout-out to Rochelle!!!). I said this on the call and I'll say it here: it's unbelievable the amount of customer service I received without being a paying customer. Totally mind blown, and the app works perfectly for what I'm looking for. I was going to upgrade anyway down the road, but now I'll definitely be upgrading. If you're on the fence, this is a sign to not be - just download Timesact!

An excellent app thanks to it's multitude of customisable options, both in the way it works and in the way it looks. The 30 minute guided setup is great for getting started, and should you need any more help, as I did with tweaking the appearance, the customer support is first-class - very quick and very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Timesact.

J'aime vraiment le visuel de l'application, contrairement aux autres application de précommande, c'est celui qui sort le mieux pour moi. J'aime aussi la facilité de configuration et le support qui est rapide et efficace.

I experienced issues with PayPal/Shopify integration platforms after downloading the app due to the latest update. After reaching out to technical support, the team was able to resolve an issue I had been working on for a day, within minutes! Very knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating team. I highly recommend going with this product. You will definitely receive any support you need and the app itself is more intuitive than others I have used.
