Just installed and already have 10 pre-orders so the app just paid for itself. I had a very specific requirement to ensure pre-orders worked back with my 3PL software Mintsoft and this app handles it like a dream. My theme had a few minor CSS issues and the team at Timesact fixed within hours. Highly recommended. May the pre-orders continue :)

Works a DREAM. I do pre-orders every year and this makes communicating the pre-order requirements so easy and clear. Also support were AMAZING when I had an issue (thanks Marie). Couldn't be happier.

This app is beyond fantastic. We've used it many times for the Pre-Sale and Coming Soon functions which suits our business perfectly. It's so well organized and easy to use, indispensable, really. There are many other functions that will help you run your shop and communicate closely with your customer. Timesact's customer service is SO excellent. Tonight we had a technical difficulty and were not sure how to solve it...very stressful right before launching 30 new products tomorrow. It's 8pm PST and I thought I'd be stressing all night but decided to send a chat message--chat is very conveniently located right in their app. To my surprise, Marie immediately answered and proceeded to find and fix the issue in a flash. She was so lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. We'll pick Timesact every single time. The 5 star reviews are accurate, you can trust this company to deliver on their promises and add hours back to your life. Thank you for your top-notch customer care.
