App and support team are great overall. I have a lot of custom pages on my website and needed a lot of custom features that were easily resolved by Andrei from their support team. If you need features that are not immediately answered by the app definitely reach out to their support and they will help you out.

Timesact ist nicht nur kostenlos, sondern einfach und verständlich aufgebaut. Produkte lassen sich manuell hinzufügen, was ein Vorteil gegenüber automatischen, Ki-basierten Apps ist. Bei der manchmal notwendigen Anpassung der Produktübersichten bzw. Kollektionen wurde super schnell reagiert und alles korrekt umgesetzt. Vielen Dank nochmals und eine klare Empfehlung von uns.

The app does exactly what you need and allows you to add pre-orders in a simple way, with lots of customisation. More importantly, the support from Andrei is the best you can ask for. Highly highly recommended

It was working within minutes after installation. I have reached out to customer support to add a pre-order product badge and it was resolved quickly. They even did extra clean-up in the code of previously installed apps! Excellent and I would definitely recommend Timesact App!

Esta aplicacion me ha facilitado mucho la vida para colocar los artículos en estatus de "pre-pedido". El soporte fue muy buenjo y en cuestion de minutos me arreglaron el pequeño problema que tuve. La recomiendo!

Le support est incroyable, je n'ai jamais vu ça. L'entreprise intervient directement sur la boutique pour régler ce qui ne fonctionne pas. Application géniale.

The user interface on this app is so unique in that it is so incredibly clear and easy to use! And the customer support is above and beyond -- helped fix bugs in our site and really saved us!! So happy we chose Timesact

The customer service for this app has been fabulous. Andrei was able to do a customized upload for me and left me with a video to instruct me on future changes. I wish more apps customer service took this much individual care.

Abgesehen davon das die APP sehr gut funktioniert.Ich hab so ein Service und so einen Technischen fähigen Support nicht gesehen.Ich hatte Probleme mit meinem Themen.Andrej setzt sich bin 5 min hin und reparierte mein Themen wo ein anderer App anbieten gefuscht hat.Ich kann Kairock Partners SRL nur empfehlen.Großes Lob an euch danke

I installed this app and toyed around with the settings - within 5mins Andrei had customised the pre order message on my Shopify theme! Best pre order app I have installed to date!

We switched to this app as our previous pre-order app stopped working and wasn't marking things for pre-order. We installed this app and reached out to have the coding sorted as our theme was a custom theme. Andrei replied right away helping get things sorted and explaining what he had done to make things work. We also asked him to help us get a huge chunk of our items into the pre-order listing and he did! Greatly appreciate Andrei assistance in getting the app running smoothly for us. I highly recommend this app + the amazing support.
