Incredible support. Very responsive and quickly solved my problem. I had initially downloaded a different pre-order app and the customer service was terrible / took too long to address my problem so I deleted and found Timesact instead. They were so helpful and the app works perfectly. Highly recommend!

I used this app to set up a preorder facility on our shopify site, it was easy to install and easy to navigate. I had to get customer support help with adding the preorder badge on the product image. The customer support by email was very efficient and got my problem sorted straight away. I couldn't understand how to use the live chat feature, that didn't work for me but emailing customer support did .

I love this app. The pre onboarding call helped me understand the app features. The team was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone using shopify.

I installed the app and needed some help to tweak some settings so as to exactly match my theme's styling. I reached out to support and they responded quickly and provided a fantastic service. They understood my requirements, were conscientious, polite and very thorough. I now have the app set up exactly as I need it. So definitely a 5-star rating is deserved for the app and for the support provided. Now I will just sit back and wait for all of the pre-orders to some though :-)

Princess and Robert were very quick to respond, and very patient with my late reply times. They were able to sort out the issues very quickly and took it one step at a time. My issue was resolved without issues or conflicts. Very high quality support.

We're in a mad rush to launch our shop and have some items for pre-order so installed timesact. Since our site is highly customised we had an issue getting the right colour for the "ribbon badge" on the products. Contacted timesact support and got a reply in 10 minutes. We granted collaborator access and Princess from support sorted the customisation straight away! Very pleased with the customer service and the app overall is really easy to use.

Hi there, I can see that this is a review given in anger. I empathize with you because times are tough and there is no shortage of reasons to be angry. I am often angry when heavily stressed and any little thing can set me off. In my experience often the only cure for our anger especially when it relates to other people is just talking it out and finding common ground and solutions. I have reached out to you and hope you will choose to talk to me because I really want to talk to you and understand you better. For other people reading this I will also provide some context for our discussion here: 1) You have used up your free plan with us (because the app does have a free plan for your first 10 pre-orders - by that I mean orders that contain at least one active pre-order variant). 2) I reached out as I do to all of our customers when this happens, to congratulate you and to let you know that you should consider upgrading. 3) I also informed you that we have a 24 hour grace period from when you are informed until the service is disabled. 4) You acknowledge my message and told me you would be looking into other apps. 5) I thanked you for informing me and respected your decision. I did not make any comment, try to sell you anything or did anything try to make you change your mind. 6) Then I take it that you did not actually look for another app in fact and as you were informed the service was cancelled after the 24 hours had passed. There was nothing out of the ordinary here in my experience but perhaps there are other things I do not know about and am ready and eager to learn more from you if you will choose to have a conversation with me. The app works great with quite a bit of customization available to fit our stores sales needs and color scheme. On the rare occasion I've needed customer support, it has been excellent & pricing is reasonable too! Over the past year they've upgraded the app several times. Most of the changes have been a great improvements in functionality and ease of use.

Am fost atat de multumita de aceasta aplicatie incat am instalat-o si pe un al 2 lea website. Nici nu stiam cate comenzi pierdeam pentru ca ramaneam fara stocuri, pana cand am vazut cate pre-comenzi primesc. Foarte usor de instalat, configurat si operat. La un moment dat am avut nevoie de suport pentru a configura ceva si Andrei m-a ajutat imediat. Imi place si faptul ca abonamentele sunt foarte flexibile: pot sa cumperi un plan mai mare cand ai nevoie si sa te intorci la planul mai mic atunci cand ai stocuri suficiente. Recomand aceasta aplicatie, incercati-o, nu aveti ce pierde, doar de castigat daca va aduce mai multe vanzari.
