Probably the best experience I have ever had with support for an app. The onboarding session was extremely helpful and it was so much easier to understand everything with being able to actually talk to the representative rather than to type in chat or emails. Great company with a great product!

O aplicatie foarte utila, care permite utilizatorilor magazinului nostru sa comande produse care nu sunt disponibile in stoc. Avand un magazin nou, majoritatea produselor erau disponibile doar pe baza de comanda, dar existau si cateva produse disponibile in stoc. Prin aceasta aplicatie am putut sa afisam cantitatile disponibile si in acelasi timp sa permitem clientilor sa plaseze comenzi si pentru celelalte produse. Aplicatia este utila si pentru a crea comenzi de pre-vanzare si a seta alerte de revenire in stoc pentru produsele indisponibile. Suportul echipei de dezvoltare a fost excelent, au raspuns rapid la toate intrebarile noastre si au ajutat la integrarea aplicatiei perfect in tema Expanse pe care o folosim.

Very nice customer support, with prompt replies. On Friday night, June helps us to figure out the onboarding process and propose a solution for our pre-order business. I will recommend this APP 100% but hope the video call will have more timeslot for the Asian area.

We used this App for pre-orders of The DanceSocks. We needed to give our manufacturers in North Carolina a chance to catch up after Covid. This App worked perfectly. Our customers were happy and it really helped keep things rolling. The support was incredible!

Great support which is critical to us. We had some minor issues during installation and the team at Timesact got everything resolved quickly. We looked at similar apps but Timesact has a great support system and a well thought out onboarding program.

We don't generally really leave reviews but after the service we received, we thought it only right. I think out of all of the apps on our store, Timesact has the most reactive customer service going. They are very fast in resolving any issues to get the app working just as you would like. Would highly recommend!!

This app has helped me acquire new leads and know what to restock my store with in advanced. I did my onboarding call with June and she was OUTSTANDING. She helped answer every one of my questions and directed her team to do implementations on my store that I requested super speedily. June was very kind and made it fun to install and learn about the app.

I tried a few apps before landing on Timesact. The app interface is the best of the bunch, and the customer service was super fast, even over holidays and weekends. They solved the issues quickly, and we were up and running.
