Haven't used it yet but the customer service provided by Andrei was great. Pre-sale starts this week and I'm looking forward to seeing what it can do.

I just started with this app and was able to get started pretty seamlessly. That's great in itself, but what really separates this app is the customer service. Andrei the founder jumped on an onboarding call with me to really help me understand best practices. He even make some customizations for me within a few hours! Great app and I'm sure there are more great things to come!

App works well, support is responsive and helpful. Prices are fairly competitive with other apps for the value. Would recommend.

I just installed this app and Andrei was so quick to help me get any styling issues or placement issues resolved. He also gave me the code so that I can have the mixed cart pop-up styled to be more on brand. I haven't taken any orders with it just yet, but so far it's easy to install and setup.

This app is great. I added around 5-6 pre-order apps and none of them are as good or slick as this one. I cant emphasise this enough - if you are looking for a pre-order app, ignore the other ones in the shopify store, this is the best one. The cherry on top is the customer service by Andrei - absolutely fantastic, he even helped clear my site of old code left by the other pre-order apps.

I booked this app to pre-book festive hampers. I have just installed it and it was quite easy. I required support to add the badge for pre-booking as I have customised my theme to some extent. I was surprised to get it resolved within a few hours. Extremely responsive customer support. Thank you for the quick resolution. I will update on the performance of the app soon.

We used the app for creating our pre order products. Everything works good, there were some problem with the Theme but the support team of Timesact (Andrei Thank you again) helped us out really fast and with very good solutions.
