Used this app to try the feature of placing out of stock items on backorder. Pretty straight forward configuration, and when I hit a roadblock, due to the theme I was using, they were quick to respond and help me find a solution.

Quality Service and good product. I had to uninstall as I wanted unlimited pre-orders a month. Will possibly come back if the new app I installed doesn't work. There are many buggy pre-order apps out there but these guys are willing to go the extra mile and uninstall those bad themes from those apps.

App is great and easy to use! We wanted few customization to be done in order for it work properly for our site so I contacted support, The reply was within an hour and Andrei was so prompt in getting the issue sorted even though it was Sunday! Thanks guys, way to go.

This was the second app that I tried. This one was much better. It worked with my theme and my AJAX pop-out cart. The set-up was easy. It identified that some further configuration would be needed to put up the pre-order badge on items. I used the chat to have this done and they response immediately and got it working for my theme. They also made it work with my quick view. Its now working really well with all the elements of my website where I have pre-order set up. I'm really pleased with it and the awesome support provided. Thank you

Great app! Used it to create a pre-sale for items that I wanted to sell for a special promotion but new I would not have enough stock on hand for immediate shipping. Allowed me to accumulate orders and order the correct amount of product from my supplier. Very helpful! In addition, customer service was fantastic. Andrei was very responsive and helpful with the few questions I had. Thank you!!!

We've been using this app for a couple months now, and I wanted to wait to leave a review to make sure we didn't have any issues. It does exactly what we needed. We are using this app just to display messaging based on the stock level of the variant selected (to let customers know if something will have a longer lead time). I was surprised how difficult it was to find an app that would do something this simple, when there are much more complicated apps available with conditional logic and such, but was very happy to come across this app. Andrei, the app creator, was super quick to respond when something wasn't showing up correctly for us during initial set up, and he offered to edit the code for us to fix the issue. He also handled this super quickly and followed up to make sure we had gotten it set up how we wanted. Great service.

I use this app for my pre-orders. It does a great job. Very convenient and easy to make adjustments. The customer service team is excellent - very responsive and even installs / modified the look and feel for you. Highly recommend.

Nach Feierabend die Idee gehabt. Die tolle und einfache App von Timesact gefunden, installiert und alles schon wunderbar in vielen Sprachen vorhanden. Eben auch in Deutsch. 3 kleine Fragen mit der Chat-Funktion in der App gestellt und umgehend Antwort erhalten. Alle offenen Punkt in 30 Minuten erledigt und die App läuft zur vollen Zufriedenheit. WOW - herzlichen Dank für diesen genialen Support !!!

We needed an app to help manage out of stock parts on backorder, and forthcoming preorders. This app was amazing and easily integrated into our store. It allowed us to make it clear right on the "add to cart" button that the item was a preorder or backorder, an even when it would ship. We could also have different settings for individual products. We have not encountered a bug yet and highly recommend this app. Don't know what we would have done without it.

This is the easiest to use, most straight forward pre-ordering app I've tried (after using 5 others). They don't have product banners on collection or homepage yet but other than that it's perfect. The support from Andrei was particularly amazing with instant replies and going the extra mile to personalise fonts and banners for me, for my site. I'm looking forward to the next update (banners on collection & homepage!)

シンプルかつ必要十分な予約注文アプリをお探しの方には、非常におすすめです。他にも様々な予約注文アプリを試してみましたが、バグが多かったり、テーマとの干渉がどうしても解決しなかったりと、納得いくものが見つかりませんでした。その反面、こちらはテーマとの干渉があったとしても、サポートに問い合わせをすることで大抵解決しました。また、サポートも非常に素晴らしいです。チャットサポートにより、問い合わせをしてからすぐに返信が届き感動しました。他社アプリに比べ機能面で劣る面もありますが、殆どの方に必要な機能は全て備わっているので、問題無いと思います。アプリは日本語翻訳もされており、サポートも日本語で問い合わせをしてもできる限り対応してくださるそうなので、海外アプリでサポート面に不安がある方にもおすすめです。

We use the App only for Pre-Orders and it works perfectly. Amazing Support!! We had an extra loop to do and they solved it not only quickly but also they adjusted it to our CD. We highly recommend this App !

I run my business based around pre-sales, and this is the perfect app. It's simple to set up and use, it works perfectly, it's priced fairly, and it has all the features I'm looking for. However what really made this app amazing is the customer service. Andrei has been nothing short of amazing. I've had multiple times where I've reached out to him with questions and he has gone above and beyond, answered very promptly.
