We have been using the app for about 2 weeks and it does exactly what we needed it to do. Easy to setup pre-order and it allows us to customize the pre-order with a discount, limited quantities and expiry on the pre-order. Customer support was also great when we ran into issues with integrating the app with our theme. Very fast response and Andrei was able to modify our theme so that the app works on the product page, collection page and even the quick add screen. Highly recommend if you want to setup pre-orders the right way.

Have tried different pre-order app, and this one is a hidden gem! Love how simple and user-friendly it is, and it just works perfectly. Much appreciated for Andrei to help with coding, he's very helpful and patiently listen to my needs. Big love x

I just started using this app, after trying a couple of more established ones. It's very user friendly. Also, though some of the features are still being built, the customer service team managed to customize things for me, such as the badge and the text that goes around the button, in no time.

I usually don't write reviews but Timesact has had such a positive effect on my business that I had to share my experience with this app. The installation was a breeze and I received excellent customer service from Andrei making a few customizations to my theme. I have had the app a few days and am already generating a lot of sales that I would have missed out on while I am waiting on new inventory to arrive. If you are looking for a pre-order app, don't hesitate to install this one!

A really great app, and the customer support is second to none! I have only started using it, and I'm already wowed by the functionality. There are features that no other pre-sale app gives you, and for a really good price. Developer Andrei personally helped in setting up my shop and provided excellent communication. I'm looking forward to recommending the app to future clients and using it in my other personal stores! Highly recommended!

This app has been awesome for our store - saves us a lot of time and works really well in the backend. The main room for improvement is to stop the second or 2 lag time that occurs with the change from the 'add to cart' to 'pre-order' button in the product listing. Overall I would recommend the app!

I used this app to add discounts and pre-order services for products that are out of stock. The customer support was exceptional. Andrei gave me a one-on-one tutorial that showed me how to navigate adding new products and discounts. I recommend this app 100 percent because of its features and its one-of-a-kind customer support. I know this app will be an important tool towards the success of my store.
