Listen up!!!! If you're looking for an easy to use, low-priced fast & friendly customer service, THIS IS IT!!!! If I could give the customer service a 10 I would!!! Most apps ask 30-40 dollars as a down payment. I wasn't sure I was going to get preorders, so this app was like heaven sent. Your first 10 orders are free!! This is amazing if you dont know how well your business or certain product will do yet. I didn't want to create more expenses than profit so that's why I choose for this app. But the customer service blew me away!!! Instead of starting to charge you immediately when you pass 10 orders (free plan), they contact you first to notify you that you need to upgrade. I am so so so so happy!! This is my go to app for preorders from now on. Client for liferssss!!!

App works great. We often make items to order and this allows us to continue to sell through when stock runs out and gives customer a notice that it is being made to order with custom messaging. It's been an eye opener of how many customers are willing to pre-order items. Support has been helpful and always quick to respond to questions.

This app is very easy to use. It's nice and simple, not too complicated, and perfect if you are just starting to do preorders. Andrei is extremely responsive and will answer/solve your questions quickly.

I can't recommend this app enough. Its interface is intuitive and really easy to set up. It offers so much more than other apps in the market and is the best among those I have tried out so far. What impressed me the most is its world-class support and communication. Not only is their team super friendly and personal, I also got the help I needed within minutes (and it was almost midnight!!). Thank you so much Andrei and I can't wait to see the new features that will be coming soon!

Super easy setup overall! My theme (Supply) required assistance to add the Pre-order badge to my products. Support was very responsive to add it for me in a custom color to match my theme. Would recommend.

I have tried a few pre order apps for my company and the service that timesact provides is bar none. Even with a busy time of year it is imperative for growing businesses to place ourselves in positions to successful and the staff at timesact helped with a very time sensitive issue. Worth the cost. I used this app to set up pre-orders and it was very easy to use and setup. Took me no time. I had a minor bug because of my custom theme and contacted support and they immediately solved the issue. Recommend this app!

This is a fantastic app. I do a lot of pre-sales as I work to restock inventory, and this app allows me to keep sales flowing at the variant level, preventing me from losing any sales. On top of the great functionality, the developer and is extremely helpful. I have a custom theme and he worked on the backend to ensure it works as it's supposed to. I would highly recommend this to any store looking for pre-sale, and don't be afraid to reach out to them for support! They are VERY helpful.
