Really impressed with the level of support and patience by Roman. Thank you for customising the "Coming Soon" badge and button on our store. It made all the difference to the aesthetic of our product page. It now seamlessly matches our theme :)

This app is absolutely amazing and just what I needed. After installing and uninstalling a couple of other ones, I found this to be the most intuitive and simplest to set up. It helps me to be able to organise multiple limited drops and pre-orders. Their pricing is also the most reasonable and flexible that I've seen. The thing I couldn't have predicted though is the world class onboarding and customer service. The Timesact team are really special. Thanks folks!

Great App. I use for pre-orders when dropping a new collection or if items are sold out. Easy to use and understand but if anything comes up, they have excellent customer service. You can schedule a virtual meeting with a real person as soon as the next day, or have a live chat right away with a real person. They're always super helpful and gets to the bottom of the issue quickly. Good plans for smaller stores like mine too
