I just installed the app, so I can’t give feedback on its effectiveness yet, but I want to highlight the quality of the customer service — they were truly professional, fast, and efficient. That alone already makes all the difference.

Been using this app for a couple of years now. First of, the app is pretty expensive. The app works, however, there is so much clicking around to do. The main problem and the reason for the 2 stars is that the app doesn't work for orders received via Shop Pay, Buy Button or any other accelerated checkout buttons/ apps. The company will be ready to blame Shopify for this. Other than the sleek UI and some customization abilities, nothing good in terms of making it easy for the Shopify seller.

Simple. Effective. Reliable. We’ve been using the Timesact PreOrder | Notify Me app and it’s been a great addition to our store. It’s easy to set up and navigate, even with a busy schedule. We especially appreciate the flexibility—being able to offer “notify when back in stock,” “pre-order and save,” or simply mark items as out-of-stock gives us control and keeps customers informed. Plus, their support team is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended for any store looking to manage inventory visibility and customer expectations with ease.

The team is prompt and effective to fix issues, and even catch some that i haven't thought about. Great app that works well for those in need of a pre order app, on both B2C & B2B plateforms.

I tried 10 pre order apps before this one and was about to give up! I downloaded this one and the price was good- not crazy and affordable. But the customer service was beyond amazing- I went from almost giving up on having preorders (which is a must have for my store) to having an app that not only worked but I could customize it. Marie and Tudor went above and beyond to help me- Tudor even found an overlap in apps that was annoying customers and just went out of his way to help me, explain things and offer me the best possible service. I need support like this in apps and this one gives you that and more- I’m so grateful to this app, Marie and Tudor- simply amazing and what a huge relief- get the app 10/10
