Support: I received excellent support from Laura first, then Taylor as more issues arose. So I'm very appreciative on that front. But the app does have flaws, at least in my application of it. First, the item I tried to convert to an auction just kept showing as a regular item in our store and I had to go through Support to get it to convert to an auction. Then, the item that I converted to an auction still had a Buy It Now option remaining (not as part of their app/interface), and so someone just purchased it for the minimum bid price instead of placing a bid. Also, with the item showing up in our store under various collections & catalogues, once Support did remove that Buy It Now button upon request, there's nothing obvious to the customer that it's a running auction before clicking into the product page, so something there would be nice (like a Bid Now button in place of the usual Buy It Now). I appreciate them trying to resolve all the issues I've been having upon my first attempt to use the app to add a new wrinkle to our store, and I will likely try a second auction after this one just to see if the issues persist or if the 'fixes' they've made perpetuate over additional auction listings, but a little difficult to recommend the app based on my initial experience. But I do appreciate their swift attempts to make things right. Support is very helpful.
Received support from Laura and Taylor on a auction matter and just like all previous times, the support received is fantastic! Quick responses and a real willingness to go over and above to solve any queries or questions I may have. Nothing bad to say at this point regarding the support received! Keep it up Tipo team!
Solid app, great service. Taylor on their team supported resolution of a theme integration issue that popped up overnight in less than 30 mins.
The tech support from Laura and Sinh were incredible. They helped me set up my auctions exactly how I envisioned them. I highly recommend this app!
