Great customer support
Thank you very much for your review! Reviews such as yours help us improve our app and service for the benefit of all Shopify users. I read your review and noticed that you have mentioned that our app leaves code behind after uninstalling it - that should not be the case, as our app is using Shopify's Online Store 2.0 App Embed technology - that automatically removes itself from your lovely store once the app is being uninstalled. I've also noticed that you have never reached out to us via chat or email and asked for any support regarding that matter, so I was sad to see that you chose to do so without contacting us first. Huge issue - won't charge us but is charging us??? and is installed but can't use and won't open because we stuck at payment page.

Have a great day! :-) -Shahar -- Hi, Thank you for your review and for sharing a loom screen recording of the issue. That issue seems to be related to Shopify's Billing - because the subscription approval screen is entirely related to Shopify and not to our app. We've witnessed that this issue resolves automatically by uninstalling and then re-installing the app, would you be able to try that? We will also reach out to Shopify regarding this strange issue that prevents merchants from activating the app's subscription. Update: We have reported to Shopify about the billing issue and await their reply. In the meantime, we instructed the merchant to uninstall and reinstall the app, as it appears that it resolves the mentioned issue. Thanks again! :-) -Shahar

I was unable to install the official TikTok app as my country is not supported, but I use agency for my TikTok ads. This app helped me install the TikTok pixel events without any issues and saved me a headache, thanks a lot!

Great support and app! Very pleased with the app. You can connect easily the tik tok ads manager to your shopify store. Ideal for Romania and other country where the native Tiktok app does not work.

Had a slight issue with the triggering of events when first downloaded, but Shahar was very quick to fix the issue. Much easier than setting this up manually.

Excellent support! Somehow we installed 2 pixels on the website, and try to remove one. The support team helps us with this issue within 1 hour. That's really supportive! Everyone can trust this team.

Since the official tiktok app is not available in certain countries, we decided to use Tixel and it has been a great experience so far. Installation was seamless, and Shahar from support has swiftly answered a few technical questions and resolved our dilemmas. We also needed a small theme customization, which has also been provided. Highly recommended, efficient app with an A+ support.
