Elise, Jason, and the entire Toki team have been amazing from the beginning! Their willingness to help us set up and start a loyalty program for our customers has been very refreshing. The integration into Shopify made everything simple. We also appreciate the many customization options available so that the Toki Wallet, App Blocks, and Modules fit our current branding and store theme. Five stars all around!

We've been using Toki for our Loyalty & Membership program at Tiri Pro, and it's been an absolute game-changer! ‎ Setting it up was simple after utilizing their convenient templates, and the app integrated easily with our Shopify store. ‎ What's been really phenomenal is how Toki handles all the loyalty rewards & membership build-outs alongside our team through launch. We were able to create a really dynamic experience that allows our brand to evolve. ‎ It's made keeping our customers engaged, incentivized, and coming back for more a total cakewalk. We’re learning valuable insights, our community is getting rewarded, and it’s all done in a beautifully branded interface that we made in Toki’s backend. ‎ Our customers absolutely love the exclusive perks and how smoothly everything works for them. But with that, I've got to give a shoutout to Toki's customer service team too. Whenever we've needed help, they're right there with the answers and great advice. Can't say enough about how helpful they've been! ‎ Elise, the founder, is a total visionary, which we love (and we are too!). It’s rare to see founders be so involved with onboarding and customer satisfaction, so it made it very easy to make it work. ‎ If you're looking for a way to really boost customer loyalty and drive more sales, we at Tiri Pro can't recommend Toki enough. They've nailed it for us!

The Toki team has been great in supporting our referral campaign. Despite their small team size, they consistently delivered updates promptly to meet our needs. Their flexible billing structure has been particularly useful, allowing us to test the market before making a significant budget commitment, unlike many of their competitors. I recommend Toki to anyone in need of a referral program integration. Give them a try, and you'll be glad you did.

So far so good. Been using this instead of another loyalty platform and really enjoyed how slick the backend is. Easy with the magic link, no issues for customer logins and lots of great features. I really like how they're really hands on and listen to feedback. Looking forward to growing with them

Doing the install right now. It is a very powerful software. Will take some time to get used to because of all the options you have. Customer service is very good, very attentive and detail oriented. The support articles are extensive. This has everything you ever could have imagined. Switched from Yotpo Loyalty which was good customer service and good program but pales in comparison to the feature count of Toki - and Toki comes at a better price. Very glad I found them, and I have no doubt they will be continuously improving the experience.

Toki has been pretty amazing so far. For the past few years we've been looking for a good rewards + loyalty + referral system, finally we found this one with ALL the features we want. All the settings are easy to navigate, the interfaces for front-end and back-end are very pleasant to use. Although the pricing can get hefty if you want all the features, but there are options to start easier and then progress into more advanced functionalities. The only suggestion I have so far is to have a longer trial period for new users, there are so many things to configure, it's not an easy task for any small business to complete within two weeks time. We are very looking forward to launch our membership program with Toki's help.
