I first saw this advertised on TikTok and was curious. We made the effort to make some nice videos and properly integrate into our site and we love it. It’s so much more personal than the message bubbles and the flexibility is great. You can focus on conversion, customer support, product education etc etc. Truly worth the 5* review.
