Tolstoy: Shoppable Video & UGC

We’ve been using the Tolstoy app for a month now and it’s definitely helped improve our store’s conversion rate. The metrics look great and it’s been a worthwhile investment. Mikaela helped me set up a hero video on our homepage — she was super efficient and we’re really happy with her support!

so far so good, i just downloaded the app today and have enjoyed using it, really simple to do yourself with no experience with websites! its talks you through the set up and has videos to help! i did mess up a little and could not find the videos on my product pages after thinking i was doing everything correctly, opened a chat for help and mikaela helped me right me away and fixed the issues i had in a matter of seconds, which saved me alot of stress going round in circles, appreciate the quick and helpful information right away!

An hour into this app and I can already tell this is going to be great for our website! It is so easy to use and Mikaela was on it within minutes of any questions I had. I really appreciated her sending pictures with arrows and highlights rather than just text answers. That made it so much easier to navigate through the questions I was having!
