Tolstoy was so easy to set up - no devloper / coding issues / just click choose the videos & BooM was live within in less than 2 minutes "it" had genereated its first sale. Tolstoy is now a valued part of our website

I was having issues with my video and spoke with Mikaela to troubleshoot. She was more than helpful, and went as far as to actually install the correct video on my site and on mobile. I expected the usual support response that tells you to read an article, but this 1-on-1 HUMAN interaction was so appreciated!

We have some challenges during implementation but the Tolstoy team has been very helpful and supportive in helping to resolve all the issues. I like the UI, not much customization is needed, it goes with any theme. It is also super easy to import your videos and it has been running smoothly on our site.

For $300 a month this app is buggy as hell. Always super frustrating to adjust anything in this app, it's always glitching and you have to do simple tasks 10-20 times for it to finally work. Everything you do keeps resetting. Incredibly frustrating to use but decent app.

This app has become the most widely integrated app across our site. We're using it on nearly every product page, on our instructions and educational pages, and more. It's really easy to use and implement, and the support team is immaculate. Whenever I've had questions they've been so polite and great at follow up too. Thank you tolstoy team -- customer for life!

Very helpful Team! Thank you to Mikaela and Niezl, you guys are amazing. I talked with Mikaela from Tolstoy about changing location of arrows on my main page carousel, as they were not very intuitive, and the Tolstoy team was absolutely helpful beyond my expectations in customizing it. Not only did they send me an updated code, but also helped me implement all the changes, and now the arrows are exactly where I wanted them. Everything happened very efficiently as well - from my email to proposing and implementing the custom to solution in a matter of one or two days. Apart from customer support, the app itself is rather easy to navigate. So far I like the design and functionality.

Love this app. Great way to showcase UGC on homepage and product page. The customer service has been very responsive, even setting up an onboarding call to answer my questions. Highly recommend.
