I love this app. It is such a great way to be that much more interactive with your customers. The customer support is A-1. They answer you back super quickly with all the answers to your questions and really walk you through anything you don't understand. They even provide video how-tos so that you know exactly how to go about doing what you need to get done on the app. Mikaela is awesome. She's been helping me from the beginning and I love the fact that I can go straight to her with my questions. So you can mantain communication with the same customer care representative if you'd like. This makes things so much easier because she already knows my business. I highly recommend the Tolstoy app.

This is hands down the best app that I have ever used. I am over the moon that I found this app. If you are considering adding this to your store, just do it! Guarantee you will LOVE IT! Great app with great support! Had a few technical issues installing this app and the team were amazing in offering support and helping me get everything set up. This app is great for creating an interactive shopping experience, particularly when showcasing your products in use on product pages. Highly recommend!

I used this application it is very good I just think that the girl in the video test needs to go to the hairdresser apart from that everything is perfect

This app allowed us to easily add customisable content to elevate our store, EDMs, SMS and user experience . The support is also top level! Such a great brand to work with as well, their vision and willingness to listen and action is what sets them apart!

My company's products are all video-based, so I'm using Tolstoy to make my website very video-forward. I am loving all the new products they are introducing. I was able to embed a welcome video into the Shopify Order Confirmation email sent to my customers. We are also going to use the shoppable videos that link to out Shopify online store. I can't wait to see what they introduce next. Oh, and the customer service has been outstanding.

We loved the idea of creating a more personalized experience for the customers that visit our site. Tolstoy allows us to help our customers by offering recommendations and information about our products. We love watching the analytics and seeing customers going through our chat journey. Customers really do watch the videos we create and listen to our product descriptions. Thank you tolstoy for making such an easy to use product.
