Customer support is very great. They are able to answer and resolve the issues that we are facing. The app is also great as it is easy to embed and customize. Hoping that sorting of products can be implemented but looking forward on it.

This review system does not have enough stars to be able to evaluate the quality the attention and patience of the Tolstoy staff in supporting their clients. A huge amount of praise and credit goes to Niezl who was able to resolve issues that were not his responsibility and made Tolstoy an even better tool. I look forward to being able to try the PRO version with the ability to remove branding and further improve the user experience on my site. Thank you thank you thank you ....

Its been really beneficial getting my story across in video format. love that it can be a pop up when people come to my site. also, customer service has been very very helpful with some glitches i had, in particular, Niezel, shes great and always follows up to her best of abilities.

I reached out to customer support regarding Tolstoy not working on mobile devices. Mikaela looked into the matter and was able to let me know why that was happening and how to fix it. It was a seamless process. Great customer service. Love the app but also love that customer service is top notch with Tolstoy.

This app is user friendly and allows me to execute what I need out of it. What is the best feature is the extent their customer service team goes. Mikaela was of great help and went above and beyond to make my experience smooth. We all know the issues with communication and making things personal via chat, but she made sure I was helped and my questions were answered. Thank you, Mikaela!

Only using for a few days but I have to say, this is one of the best apps I've discovered for my store. It's always a struggle to make things personal online and truly have a conversation with customers but this makes it very easy. Very fast support, so far I'm extremely happy with the whole app.
