Love this app. Our products require a bit of education and the videos on our product pages allow us to educate our customers, about our features and benefits, whilst also sharing our brand personality and reducing barriers to purchase.

Frankly, i must say that this app is really incredible. We have been expecting this kind of app for a long time, and we found it. We already start using it for our support center and we are now doing the videos for the sales part of our website. It's really user friendly and great support from the team.

I use this app to help me add videos to products to help customers see the products on. I tried to upload multiple and had a problem but Galia was quick to solve the problem and was very helpful with helping me use the app easily. Thank you so much Galia!!!

I can only agree with every positive review here. :) Not only is the app itself great from a design and performance point of view and the support is friendly, fast, personal and they really try to help not like with other apps. I also believe that this app will completely blow up in the future and i could not be happier to participate in such a great development within the idustry :) So in conclusion: Best app ever!!

I almost don’t want to write a review because this app is actually going to blow up and everyone is going to use it. SO MUCH YES. It’s basically allowed us to have a mini sales person sitting there selling the product with real time, catchy examples while the customer browses our site. Awesome customer service. How is this free??

Very easy to set up in Shopify and integrate with our e-marketing and SMS platform (Omnisend through Zapier.) Allow higher conversion rate, sign up, and decrease bounce rate. Allows customers to be guided through video. The team is awesome in support!! Has built-in videos too to help get started. HIGHLY recommend this app.

This app is incredible! You can create all of the video right on your phone so no fancy cameras needed and the quality uploads great! We have already increased our sales just by adding this app to our website! It's a great way to answer common questions and give a more personal feel to your site. If you do anything today... This is a fantastic addition to your website! You can make it as fun and interactive as you like and helps customers move around your website. Honest review, Initially I downloaded Tolstoy to see what it was about. When I noticed it was helping identify with your market by becoming more personal by making a video. the thought of me putting myself on video kind of frightened my so I uninstalled it. the next day I recieved a call from Joel who was able to explain the full benefits of Tolstoy and I have given it a second try. All I can say is wow! Thank you Joel for reaching back out ot me with great customer service and I found I do not have to directly be on video until I'm ready. They have hundreds of templates that you can upload to your site. I recommend everyone try this out and it's free!
