I definitely recommend this app. It solves my problems and the customer support is great! I was helped even on a Sunday via zoom. Deepanjoy is a nice and friendly employee who helped me step by step.

Excellent help - got on a zoom call within 2 minutes and stayed on for half an hour talking me through the set up and tracking. Very good.

As a non-developer I managed to install the pixel for Facebook and follow the steps in just 3-4 minutes. Wanted to make sure everything was correct so i contacted the support via chat and got a reply within 2 min and was offered a zoom call within 3 min. 10 min of zoom and one minor issue was found with my setup. That issue will prob. be resolved before I'm done with this review :-) Amazing support and so far very good app.

We were having issues tracking Facebook due to domains being locked up on FB on an old account and FB did not help us. Trackify was the answer. It allows us to track our Facebook ads and what exactly happens on our Shopify site. I highly recommend it. Also, we needed to make sure we had it set up right, Trackify set up a zoom call and we were fully optimized within 24 hours of downloading the app. Great work!

This tracking app is so accurate, it has been a life changing for me since I been using it. I tracks accurate data and way better than any other shopify tracking apps, I have tested plenty of them over the past 2 years and this one is the best one. I highly recommend you guys check it out.

I am new to this app and ran into a pixel issue while setting up the app. Mr. Deepanjoy and his team checked the issue and fixed the problem timely. Their customer service is great. I am satisfied with the customer service they provide.
