This app just keeps getting better and better. Trackify X is crucial to gaining more insights and optimization with the Facebook pixel. The catalog uploader is stupid simple to use. Being able to create multiple lookalike audiences is worth it's weight in gold. We have OCU from Zipify and the support from Trackify was fantastic! I can't recommend this app enough.

10/10 customer support! Their customer service just spent around 2 hours of helping me understand problems with my store. Now it is all 100% working - all events are going to FB in a proper manner! This app fires couple useful extra events like product customization and have all features you need to provide your FB pixel all needed and advanced things!

When dealing with your FB Pixel at the same time when lots of ads are running is a bit scary. I was worried about which app to use and have tried others that had issues like double reporting to FB in ads manager or not firing on checkout steps on the checkout page. But the customer service made it easy… they just went in and helped me install and get everything working just right. They have exceeded beyond any of my expectations. Happy customer for life! I was having all sorts of trouble with my Facebook Pixel so I installed this app. I'm glad I did – it's the best app I've installed this year! First: It just works. But as importantly, the video walkthroughs for installation and throughout the app are clear and thorough. Plus, customer service is responsive and clear (and patient!). All around, a great experience.

Not only is Trackify Awesome for what it does, the customer service is incredible. I spent thousands of dollars a day on Facebook and had an issue with my pixel not firing correctly (this was BEFORE I installed Trackify). Their customer service team immediately fixed my issue and was extremely helpful. Thank you so much, Trackify!

Honestly, if you want to get SERIOUS about your FB ads overall, with rich data-driven tools and insights, Trackify is HANDS-DOWN the only app out there that really delivers results. Definitely recommend giving it a shot to see for yourself.

The app is good at what it needs to do, the service and support is the best I ever seen by Shopify developers. I had my Facebook Business account really messed up prior to using the app, and their agents didn't solve my problem. Trackify's team went over and beyond to make it work for me- dedicated videos for my account, remote controlled sessions into the night, and all with a great professional attitude. STOP hesitating- install it now!

This app is extremely help to segment the audiences who are interested in different categories in my store. The support team is absolutely amazing and extremely responsive. I use the live chat service quite frequently and the support team has always exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond my original query. Highly recommend. Worth the investment!
